I’m a fan of her, but she’s definitely saying MOLLY, she’s talking about drugs and partying so what not a big deal half of the people singing do. People that are saying dancing with miley? That wouldn’t make sense. Plus she says tryna get a line in the bathroom which stands for snorting coke little ones And I’m pretty sure it’s can I get a hell no. Kk

It doesn’t matter.
She’s going to get this hate every time she does anything that isn’t Disney Miley. People need to accept she’s growing up, she’s going to make mistakes and learn from them. Don’t say you’ve never made a mistake? She’s a lovely person, and celebrities should be treated just like normal people, because that’s really, at the end of the day, what they are.

I agree with you. We should definately learn from our mistakes. However, if we do in fact make decisions in life that lead us down a negative path and do not recoginize them as mistakes then we do not grow from them. I believe nearly everyone could forgive a icon for doing drugs, but advocating them is another story. Most of her fans are teenagers now and drug decisions are a constant battle. Singing about them to confused adolescents is what the problem is. A mistake most generally a spontaneous mistake made that you regret. This is a planned action that she obviously knew about before the album was made public. Advocating drugs and sex to teens is not what we need for american icons right now.
As for treating her like a normal person I also disagree. People with radical influence should be watched and scrutinized carefully. For instance, Hitler motivated an entire nation to slaughter families including children, because he was a person of strong influence to many. I am in no way saying that celebrities are even close to Hilter, but they do carry that same amount of influence that can make people choose to live and act differently
Sorry for the rant.

I’m pretty positive she says MILEY, not MOLLY. And it’s “hell no” not “hello”. Would everyone just chill out already. She is no longer than Disney girl. She is growing up and no different than any other person growing into their own. And yes, there is a reference line to drugs in the line about the bathroom, however, she never said anything about herself doing drugs. It’s just a song, so chill. A pretty good song might I add.

lol no sorry hun but she is saying Molly which is MDMA, and she says “getting in line for the bathroom trying to get a line in the bathroom” which is a reference to cocaine. She does drugs… there is no doubt about it.

Miley herself basically said she was saying molly in a recent interview I read. She said “if you’re 10, then it’s “Miley”, but if you are older and know what I’m talking about, then you know. She also said that she only said it was Miley originally to get in on the radio, and that she wishes she could show the unedited version of the video where she simulates oral sex. What I find sad is that she (and many others) seem to believe that what she is currently doing is portraying what it is to be an adult. Being raunchy and crude is not a requirement for adulthood. Nor is advocating to an impressionable (and possibly underage) fan that they should do whatever they want regardless of the harm it can do to himself/herself or her loved ones. She has hinted that she is doing harder drugs than salvia these days. I hope, for her sake, that she is simply saying that for publicity. Otherwise, I can see her heading in a bad direction.

It may say Miley instead of Molly but she still talks about doing cocaine in the bathroom so… Yeah I would say it references drugs

It’s Miley, not Molly.
The only time she refrences drugs is when she says, “And everyone in line in the bathroom
Trying to get a line in the bathroom”
She doesn’t say she is, but other people are. Which if you ever been to a club or big house party that is actually what happens in bathrooms. Others have said a lot worse than this so just chill.

you know what i use to love miley and i know she has grown up but miley has took it too the extreme expecially at the awards when she sung that stupid rock and role song ummm my mom hated it so she can try to stop getting grown people to like her and be herself.she is very talented and i am pretty sure she can come up with better songs than that.another and by the way miley stop smoking crack its making u and obviously your hair{yuckkky}look ugly and is also tearing u apart.her dad is terably dissapointed in her i could see it at that is sooo sad

The funny thing is, she is being herself. You are a fake fan who just can’t see that. And if you don’t like her hair… no one cares. Especially her. She just wants to enjoy life, and enjoy making music for the real smilers.

“If you’re aged 10 [the lyric is] Miley,” the singer explained in an interview with the Daily Mail. “If you know what I’m talking about, then you know.”

I found this in a NY Daily News article. You can google the whole article or go to daily mail’s website though, too.
