The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star has been putting her beauty before her baby, according to sources who say the mom-to-be is continuing to undergo cosmetic procedures as she enters her third trimester of pregnancy. A new report claims it's a dangerous addiction -- keep reading for more. It's no secret that Kim Kardashian has had ups and downs with her current pregnancy. At this point, it feels like her weight gain and maternity style have been discussed by the entire country. We happen to think that Kim is stunning no matter what -- but apparently the reality star has become very insecure about her looks and a report in In Touch magazine claims she has resorted using lip fillers and other harmful chemicals for beauty treatments that could be putting her unborn child with Kanye West at risk.

Kim Kardashian: Plastic Surgery While Pregnant?

The 32-year-old feels as though her recent pregnancy and resulting seventy-pound weight gain are causing her to lose her looks, say a new report in In Touch magazine. While Kim recently posted a photo of her plump “pregnancy lips” saying “my pregnancy lips are outta control #IGuessNotABadProblemToHave,” some are claiming that her newly-plumped pout is actually the result of filler injections, which could have a negative effect on her baby.

Dermatologist Dr. Simon Ourian tells In Touch: “Everything a pregnant woman puts in her body can get to the baby,” adding that “most doctors recommend that women who are pregnant do not do any elective procedures.”

Sources say that Kim has also continued to get gel manicures and spray tans, despite the potentially harmful chemicals used in both procedures. Gel manicures require soaking fingers in acetone to remove the finish, while spray tans use chemical compounds that are harmful to inhale — both could be hurting her baby.
