There is strong evidence to indicate that Des and her entire family have strong religious convictions. It is reported Des has an academic knowledge of the Bible and can quote scripture at will. Needless to say high moral standards are somewhat out of place on any ABC reality dating-mating show like The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. It would make things a lot easier to understand if … IF … Des came out of the closet with her Christianity.

I really liked Desiree on The Bachelor so I’m really glad she’s getting a whole season to herself! I unfortunately won’t ever be home to watch The Bachelorette live because I work late at DISH during the week. My DISH Hopper is going to record all the episodes for me, though. It tapes everything that comes on ABC during primetime every night. This way, I’ll be able to turn my favorite show on as soon as I get home from work and not miss anything.
