Adam Lambert as a judge would bring me back to Idol. The show has gone downhill since he won (yes, he won!! who is the other guy again??) and I refused to watch this year w/ that horrible judging panel! I would watch American Idol in a heartbeat if Adam were to be a judge! He is such a talent and knows what it takes to succeed on that show!

I haven’t watch Idol since Adam was on and lost. But, I would be Idol’s biggest fan if Adam was a judge. Hopefully he would sing again on Idol.

The only problem I have when he sings is the music drowns out his beautiful voice.

Adam was on the AI finale and , therefore, I expected the ratings to soar because of his millions of followers. It did not, it was the lowest rating for a finale since the show started. So whomever they choose for a judge(no Lambert please) or if they decide to call it quits….it will be fine with me. I also agree that these polls and the voting on AI should be limited to one vote per person. Then at least you would know that the results are accurate. It is way too obvious that this poll has been spammed and I’m sure those who put the poll up are smart enough to notice that.

Adam is the smartest choice – should have been done years ago. He was a fantastic mentor – no other past AI contestants was a mentor. He just finished the Life Ball event in Vienna – show opener that was fabulous. He is a world wide success – only USA is blind and deaf to his talent, personality and honesty. He is always the first one to praise others and he makes sure “it’s not about him”!!! Such a rare trait in today’s environment.

Adam would make a wonderful judge—-actually the execs are lucky he would even do it. He’
s known all over the world and is working on new music and wants to produce another album. This will put that behind. He is so well spoken and very articulate in interviews. I find him charming and alluring. Couldn’t get enough of him when he was on Idol and when he did Glam Nation tour all of the country. He would be very sincere but also help them see the broader picture to music….he’s very insightful and creative, plus would bring some glamour and fashion to the show. Can’t go wrong !!!!

Poll has been heavily spammed! The results are skewed because of it. Give one vote per person, with no machines and trickery, and it will mean something. Adam can sing, but is way too raw for a panel. Voted for him, bought the cd, saw him in concert, and that’s where it ended. VERY suggestive, even with young kids in the audience. He also has no filter for his mouth. Done.

Harrison you haven’t seen enough of his interviews or shows. He can filter himself when he knows its TV and he can’t swear etc. I’ve seen plenty of shows where he has down this. He would take this Idol show very serious and has wonderful charisma and talent. He has admitted that he has learned a lesson from the AMA performance and I don’t think he would go there again.

When Adam Lambert was on Idol Season 8,my life was on hold every week until I heard him again.. all I thought about was the Show and what Adam would sing. He is so talented ,so well spoken ,so handsome and so well educated about music, that I can’t see anyone who would make a better judge/mentor on the next IDOL.

To all the butt-hurt haters: check out Adam on Wikipedia, you might just be enlightened to the quality of this man, his work ethic, his accomplishments, the many awards he has won, his contribution to charity, and his work to support LGBT youth. It goes on and on. Respect to you, Mr. Lambert.. you have contributed so much in four years.

Adam Lambert as a judge? HELL, YES!! He would breath new life into the beast! Thoughtful – articulate – honest – the most decent celebrity – no, most decent person I know of. And…. DUDE CAN SING YOUR SOCKS OFF! Perfect choice for judge!

OMG.. reading comments from people going on about the AMAs and how polarizing and unsuccessful Adam is makes me laugh!! You people know nothing about him or his successes. If it makes you happy to bad mouth him..knock yourself out!!

Not one comment against Adam Lambert is based on fact or objective thought. It’s just a bunch of butthurt fans of lesser talents whining because Adam is succeeding. With or without Idol his career will have longevity. His talent is undeniable and his fans will always have his back.

Adam Lambert would skyrocket Idol’s sagging ratings! He knows his stuff, and has the great critique to help contestants! YES TO ADAM AS IDOL JUDGE!

I find Adam to be intelligent and well spoken. Just watch his interviews. Very knowledgeable in music and paid his dues before Idol. Good choice.
