He is popular only because he is considered “cute” by all the tweens out there, NOT because he has an ounce of talent. He should have been booed right off the stage.

if he didn’t have an “ounce” of talent, then he wouldn’t be in the place he is in today. He wouldn’t have been discovered off of youtube from in between millions of other people. Just because you don’t like him, doesn’t mean he isn’t talented. He is obviously talented if he’s still here even when people like you doubted him in 2009/2010. so whether you like it or not, he’s going to be on every magazine, on every TV show, on every website on the internet, ect. now stop hating and do something useful in life. :) Love. xoxo

There should be NO booing at awards ceremonies. My question to you pro-booers is…if booing is OK with you then what Kanye did to Taylor at 2009 VMA SHOULD be OK too!! Kanye felt that Beyonce was better. In esssence, Kanye was “booing” Taylor, so why was Kanye wrong?? Atleast, Kanye had balls to say it, instead of the Bieber booers hiding in the DARK!!
People please be consistent.

Yep, people are getting tired of him, especially how full of himself he is. Seriously, has he EVER had a song that people remember? I can’t think of even one!

oh my God, Bonnie, you are a grown woman who’s defending Justin like a little fan girl, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, if the “boo-ers” felt like he didn’t deserved the award then it’s their right to think that, and if they wanted to boo him then there’s nothing wrong with that.

So your saying that its wrong for the audience to voice their opinion in any way? Ever think maybe the people in the crowd voted for someone else? “The Milestone Award” is such a horribly titled award especially if its fan voted. His fans are so ridiculous where if he put up on twitter for his fans to jump off a bridge if they love him I guarantee at least 75% of them would. Him winning the award doesn’t mean he makes good music. It means he’s got a bunch of 15 year old girls that do everything he says like he’s their cult leader. He deserved to get booed plus more. He’s a horrible artist and now even more so after watching that poor excuse of an acceptance speech you can tell he’s just a horrible person that thinks everything should be given to him on a silver platter

It doesn’t matter who the crowd voted for and who they didn’t. And it doesn’t matter whether you think Bieber is a bad or good artist. Fact is, he won the award. At the time he is presented with the award, fans and the audience should concede their artists loss of said award with good grace. Anything else is poor manners and just plain poor sportsmanship. It seems people are so used to others behaving badly, they think that is an appropriate form of expressing ther disappointment and disagreement with an award recipient. They’re wrong.

Some of you are just really retarded fangirls….He wasn’t boo’d because he people “just don’t like him”…He was boo’d because of the way he has acted toward his family, his fans, and countries that have welcomed him. He is an ignorant, power tripping, pothead. Get over yourselves.

What he does in his life has NOTHING to do with his music.. He makes great music. There’s also no real reason why anyone should hate Justin. None of us really know him personally.. only from what we hear from the media. So why does he deserved to get punched? The booing was unnecessary and definitely uncalled for. And after all of these years and awards and number one singles he still tries to prove to everyone that he is a real artist. I really applaud him for how he handled all the immature people out there.

Justin did not deserve this low and shallow behaviour of some of the audiance. Billboard should not have allowed this and should have interfere.
Justin is a hard working, talented and caring young man. Those who are jealous of him are doing that.

I was also dissapointed in Selena and Taylor Swift not standing when Justin received the award.
They looked like spoiled and uneducated girls. Not mature and really lost my liking to them too.

Justin deserves better people to be with and better friends.

Justin actually looked really upset by that, he doesn’t deserve that. No one does. I respect Justin Bieber, he releases good, catchy music and he’s just a kid, of course he’s gonna do stupid things, we all have and all still do. Just let him live his life.

A “musical prodigy” are you on crack lady? How old are you Bonnie Fuller your article reads like 12 year old girl wrote it. If it were his peers voting not little girls he wouldn’t have had a chance.
