The new ASPS annual report claims that upper arm surgery has become one of the most popular trends, with the numbers showing a four thousand percent increase since 2000! What’s not surprising is that the number one inspiration behind the arm surgery trend is Michelle Obama!

The First Lady’s smoking, hot guns continues to lead the way as inspiration for upper arm surgery. Actress Jennifer Aniston is the the runner-up.
