Jessica Alba has one of the fittest bodies in Hollywood, but the secret to her toned tummy and enviable legs was more painful than just a clean diet and rigorous exercise. The actress, who is the proud mom to Honor, 4, and Haven, 1, with hubby Cash Warren, had a more unconventional approach to her fit figure.
How Jessica Alba Lost Weight After Giving Birth
Jessica, who gave birth to her second daughter Haven in 2011, revealed in an interview with Net-A-Porter how she got her perfect bikini body after baby.
“I wore a double corset day and night for three months,” she said. “It was sweaty, but worth it.”
And even for a gorgeous Hollywood star, who is used to sacrificing comfort for beauty, she said it was just as painful as it sounds.
“It was brutal; it’s not for everyone,” she added.
Jessica Alba’s Commitment To A Healthy Diet & Workout Routine
The Sin City actress may have strapped herself into two girdles to get her enviable body back, but she didn’t slack elsewhere on her lifestyle — she is passionate about healthy living, and told Us Weekly after welcoming Haven that she exercised for 90 minutes, 4 days a week.
She’s also a huge advocate for eating clean, and cooking for yourself whenever possible. But like any normal mom, Jessica believes in the occasional indulgence to stay satisfied and on track.
