This is wrong and offensive when you consider that even to THIS day white people in UK and USA mock Indian women for wearing their bindis and tell them to go back home to India

But now here we have a little Mexican girl who thinks its cool to wear the bindi as her fashion dot

Shame on you Mexican girl

This whole situation is dumb ok ima Indian too and I know for a fact I know thousands girls who wear bindi for fashion alright!! These people are just tripping. First talk all this crap to the girls whose actual culture it is and when they listen them try to talk. These people need to calm the f down. Don’t trip chocolate chips

Damn sure she didn’t mean to “disrespect” our culture!

I actually KNOW hindu’s who love selena and don’t even care about the bindi on her forehead so leave my role model alone. the hindu’s just want attention from sel which they are gonna get negatively from me

the hell?? I’m sure hindu’s don’t have a problem with this at all..it fact it was nice to see gomez bring in different cultures in her dance. It’s these moronic fanatics who would grab any chance to get some attention.

Bindi’s are a sort of fashion in india too. Basically married woman put it on their foreheads and maybe you should understand the significance of a bindi but I saw the dance, her dress, the bindi, and from any educated indian’s point of view, there was nothing offensive about her dance. sheesh….

I somewhat agree, but some matters should be done a bit differently.
