I’m not suprised at all. Jenelle loves her son shes just never been given the opportunity to step up and be there 24/7. love how no one notes how bahbrah said herself she was just like jenelle when she was young, maybe instead of dissing her own daughter she should try actually giving a heck about her well being. way to go jenelle!!!!!!!
DONT GIVE MINTS TO CHILDREN FFS just sayin

LOL! Yeah, right. Jenelle, you have zero rights to this kid and even if you did, guess what??? NORMAL PEOPLE DO THIS EVERY DAY!!!! That you even talk about your vag on the same account you talk about your biological “son” is filthy, pathetic and disgusting. Grow up, loser.

To johnwayne1…………………….Do you REALLY believe Barbara would hurt that baby? Do you BELIEVE Jenelle? Are you kidding me? I don’t believe a word of it. Her new man probably gave it to him. PLEASE! BARBARA WOULD “NEVER” HURT THAT KID! SHE “IS” HIS MOTHER! FROM DAY ONE!

Can’t stand her, but give her a BREAK! She might be immature and rude to her mother, but she still has the “MOTHERLY INSTINCS!” Not for nothing, but don’t blame your mother. SHE IS OLD! She probably FORGOT her ways. IT IS YOUR JOB! NOT HERS TO WATCH THE KID!!! I’m a grandmother. I was a GOOD MOTHER, but I don’t remember everything. IT “IS” YOUR” FAULT! SHE WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE, RIGHT TIME?????????? SHE IS SUPPOSE TO BE THE MOTHER! You blame BARBARA???? Thank God he didn’t get hold of one of your old pills, needles, or weed. HOW DARE YOU! You want praise for doing your job???????????????????? OK THEN! GOOD JOB!

The strange things is her choice of words: (I saved my son’s life Today). The topic of the story now is HER, not SON. While she probably did save his life, an actively participating parent would view this detail as obvious, and would not need to state that self aggrandizing detail, since by Jace’s age the parent will have “saved” their child’s life a half a dozen times That is what happens when you raise a child, i.e. preventing them from running into the street, or taking them to the ER if a flu starts to look strange, etc. Thats saving their life. An actively participating parent would be more likely to just say “Johnny almost choked on a peanut today. Scared the daylights out of me.Thank God he’s fine. no more nuts for Johnny…” It’s creepy that she made the headline about her actions, when there is nothing newsworthy about saving your sons life. A normal parent would be more convened that the child is okay than with announcing their stellar Heimlich techniques.

That said, God bless that little boy, and Barbara. And God help Jenelle. Sad, sad situation.

The reason Jenelle isn’t parenting Jace isn’t because she’s a horrible mother or abuses him, its because the various problems in her life keep her from taking care of him consistently. She might be able to do just fine with him for a period of time, but other times, if for instance she’s in a bipolar fit, she leaves to reduce her stress and can’t cope with him. He’s with grandma because he needs that consistency. Even though it looks like (and maybe to Jace, feels like) she for instance cares more about pot than Jace, its really the sickness in her life. Having said that, if she wants custody of Jace, she needs to do what is really hard and take responsibility and do whatever she has to to fix the problems, even if that means long term inpatient or outpatient care, staying away from these men she finds, permanently staying away from pot, being on medication, and learning coping skills. She also needs to do this consistently for a good period of time.

Jenelle is used to choking on dicks, so it came naturally to her.

Mehh… While possible, seems very unlikely. Or at least exaggerated. With all the news about what an awful mother she is floating around right now, it seems more likely that she’d fabricate a story for sympathy. At least that would make more sense than giving a 3 year old a whole peppermint hard candy.

My guess is it’s someone’s “PR” plan for her reputation to make its way out of the sewer. My guess is that is was Babs, and Jenelle took the credit for it.

Finally, that irresponsible Jezebel Evans took time out from her bed hopping to help her poor, little handsome son. Considering the fact that she can go three weeks without bothering to see the poor child, I’m just not impressed at something any caring soul, let alone a parent, would do.

It’s awesome that the deadbeat is capable of humanity, perhaps she should’ve been watching him in the first place and he wouldn’t have been choking at all…Sorry, still not quite enough, your mother will have that child for the remainder of your life.

It is good that she did her job. Why she felt the need to garner kudos on a social media site is beyond me. She did what moms are suppose to do. My question for her is, why is the question not being raised that her mom is dispensing candy that she doesn’t know about? Shouldn’t Granny be asking if it is Ok to give her son candy? Shouldn’t Granny be asking if it is time for candy? The picture being presented is that the child’s mom really didn’t know what was going on and Granny gave out candy AND did not clue mom in or keep up with the child to make sure the child was not in trouble. THEN, mom wants slaps on the back for doing her job, then when she didn’t get it, she explodes with vulgar words. Who really is the child here? She is the poster child for the reason why children should not be having children.

im sure her mom would have clued her in if granny wasnt too busy being the mother figure to Jace instead of Janelle .

im glad she was able to do somethign good for her son and that this incident opens ehr eyes and makes her be a mother to Jace once and for all .
Barbara should be enjoying her senior years not raising her grandson

@itsthetrue, If Granny wants to play Mommy to the Grandbaby, then she needs to pick up the pace. She gave the candy, the child choked and Granny Giver of Candy wasn’t paying attention. She screwed up the raising of her own child, wants to raise the Grandbaby, she is failing at both.

@itsthetrue, Had Barbara done her job right the first time, she would not be looking at raising the Grandbaby. Too late for Barbara to cry about pissed opportunity now, she should have straightened out that train wreck when she was able to. Too late to cry about your lake of skills now, Granny.
