Carrie appropriately emerged from a black cadillac on the ACM stage and lifted everyone to their feet during her performance of ‘Two Black Cadillacs.’ Was it your favorite performance from the April 7 awards show?
Carrie Underwood proved that she was the right choice to win season four of American Idol, because she rocked the Academy of Country Music Awards stage on April 7 when she performed “Two Black Cadillacs.” Her performance was sexy, electrifying and extremely entertaining!

Smoke covered the stage as Carrie stomped around in what looked to be sexy funeral attire. It was spooky, but sexy at the same time. And Carrie’s attire helped her portray the confident, angry persona she needed to perform the song.
Carrie, who brought her mom to the awards show, is one artist who does revenge songs best, and tonight proved no different. The scenery and theatrics took us to a different world. And Carrie exuded passion during her performance. She clearly had someone in mind when singing this track. (Of course, it wasn’t her husband Mike Fisher. Maybe an ex boyfriend?)
“Two Black Cadillacs” is like “Before He Cheats” 2.0. This is sure to be one of Carrie’s biggest hits ever!
There’s a reason that Carrie was named Entertainer Of The Year at the ACMs in 2008. She’s a true country legend and her performance at the April 7 awards show proved that.
Carrie Underwood: Best Dressed On The ACM Awards Red Carpet
Carrie also rocked the red carpet, earlier in the night, when she wore a full, printed strapless gown in a floral print that boasted vibrant blush tones. The gown, by Naeem Khan, was from the designer’s Resort 2013 collection.
