The Duchess of Cambridge may have already made the big plans of where she will be giving birth — and even picked out her doctor, according to a new report! All her plans include details that are fit for royalty!

Kate Middleton is giving birth in the way that is fit for a princess — Princess Diana that is! The mom-to-be is expected to make arrangements to give birth at the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington — the the same hospital where Prince William and his younger brother Harry were born!

Details About The Luxurious Hospital

This hospital is no stranger to high society. Emily Venarachellum, who was recently a patient at the hospital, revealed to People that it has renovated private rooms, satellite TV and concierge services. She also made sure to add that the hospital has “none of that fluorescent lighting you get elsewhere.”

Sounds like the Kate will have a particularly beautiful photo op then!

If Kate decides that she wants an even more posh hotel, she would expected to be at Portland Hospital, where Victoria Beckham, Claudia Schiffer, and other British celebrities have given birth to their babies. Portland is also not just your ordinary hospital — it includes late-night room service, personal shopping and baby photos!

Kate’s Exclusive OB-GYN

When the highly-awaited royal baby is ready to arrive, one doctor is expected to help Kate with the birth. His name is Alan Farthing, and he was described by his friend, Nick Ross to People as “charming, cool, reliable.”

Along with Alan, the Queen’s doctor, Marcus Setchell, will help the Duchess on the big day. A royal source described the doctor as “a lovely old-school gentleman,” and continued to say “and very highly rated by the Queen.”

Who knew that there were Queen-approved OB-GYNs?

So HollyMoms, what do you think of Kate’s birthing plans? Which hospital do you think she’ll choose?

Catherine should be able to choose wherever she thinks she will be comfortable. since this is her firstborn she has no idea how her labor and delivery will go but the very best should be sought after. William supports her in whatever she chooses and that is so important. As long as she can get the BEST medical care she will be fine.So glad for her and Wills. The negative remarks from the galley are just that and no one should pay any mind to them!

Well f it was okay for Princess Diana to do it when she gave birth to William, then it’s okay for William’s wife to do the same thing. Kate will be giving birth to the next Monarch in line to the throne after William; it’s not as if she could have the baby in just any old place. Everything done in connection with their baby’s birth will one day have historical significance, including the hospital where the baby is born. As for the money: William has millions of his own personal money to spend. If he wants to pay for a private hospital room for his wife and baby, he’s free to do so.

i think it is so dumb just because famous people have money, they have got to have a luxury room where they give birth, it is just a room and they are only there for for three days than they go home, it is a waste of money.

not so! Take a look at the drab labor and delivery rooms at some hospitals and you will see why. Some are poorly staffed ,poor lighting and not too many care. It’s so nice to know there are some hospitals and medical personnel who really do care.

I am late in commenting but HOW DARE YOU! You imply that waity’s baby is more important than any other and as such is entitled to good medical care and people who care……and others aren’t? The child is here now but for you to even so much as hint that these people are the only ones entitled to ‘good and caring professionals’ is unconscionable…are you by any chance RELATED to waity because that sounds like something she would say…or at least think….check out her actions and the lack thereof….
