Nicki Minaj Is 'Always Late' & Rude To Contestants On 'Idol' -- Report

Uh oh! It looks like Mariah Carey isn’t the only diva on the ‘American Idol’ set! A new report claims Nicki never shows up on time to the show, causing everyone to wait on her.

Nicki Minaj, 30, may be letting her new AI judge status go to her head. She’s reportedly acting like a total diva showing up late to shows, refusing to take pictures with people, and toting around a huge entourage!

When Nicki showed up late to the March 12 live show of American Idol, a source revealed to Radar Online that it wasn’t an accident. “Nicki has always been late. Even back during the audition phases she showed up anywhere from an hour or two past call time, pushing all of the auditions back and angering the other judges.”

The source continues, “Not only was she always late, but she always had a huge entourage with her and was rude to the contestants and their families, refusing to talk with them. And she wouldn’t allow anyone to take pictures of her, or with her.”

And we thought Mariah Carey was the diva! The source also reveals that Nicki’s diva behavior isn’t a recent development.

“Hollywood week was already miserable enough because contestants had to wait in the auditorium and watch everyone audition one by one, with only an hour lunch break — but Nicki didn’t help matters,” the insider explains.“After the lunch break one day everyone was waiting to audition and the judges all showed up together two and a half hours late and it was because of Nicki. All of the families had to wait outside the holding room, so they didn’t know what was going on that whole time until Nicki and her entourage finally showed up. She never showed up before 11 a.m.”

I fell of my chair last night when Niki said to legendary soul singer, Smokey Robinson, ” Wow, I want you to be my sugar daddy!” Wow, your skin, your teeth, you hair!” “[You] look 20 years younger than you are!” What in the world! I’m not sure what Smokey was thinking, for that matter, but most of the public knows that Smokey has had extensive facial enhancements – then, Niki orders the male trio off the stage! Those guys were looking like, “Where are we to go!?” Miss Niki should be g-o-n-e before she really does/says something that is more apalling than what she currently is displaying – happy The Voice has began airing; I feel sorry for Randy especially. Keith seems to take everyhting in stride – what a mess!

Nicky has to go. Cannot stand the sight of her and sound of her voice. Someone has to tell her that she is on a singing show not a commentator for a fashion show. She is stupid, rude and annoying.
