Plus, we finally learn the ‘Outsider’s’ connection to Storybrooke! Will he be the one to bring Regina down for good?

The March 17 episode of Once Upon A Time took us back to 1983, where we got to see the earliest days of Storybrooke, along with the beginning of Regina’s (Lana Parrilla) heartache. Sure, she had Graham (Jamie Dornan) to share her bed, but when that stopped being enough, Regina set her sights on a new desire — one that has now returned to Storybrooke to take her down.

It turns out a father and son had been camping in the woods when Regina’s curse first took hold, so they ended up in Storybrooke, despite not being fairytale characters themselves. Regina took a special liking to the boy, Owen, and desperately wanted to keep him as her son. But when the father tried to leave town — he caught Regina talking into Graham’s heart, which was admittedly super weird — Regina had him arrested.

Owen managed to escape, but of course, no one believed him when he said his dad was stuck in the non-existent town of Storybrooke. Twist time! Little does Regina know that an all-grown-up Owen is now right under her nose. Owen is the real name of “Greg,” the outsider who crashed into town a few weeks ago!

And he’s looking for answers…

Evil Snow Is Born

Still mourning the loss of her mother, Regina vowed to get — even more — revenge on Snow (Ginnifer Goodwin) in present-day Storybrooke. She planned to curse Henry (Jared Gilmore) by convincing him he loves her, but like all of Regina’s spells, there was one small catch: the final ingredient in the curse is Snow’s heart!

After a whole lot of drama — Henry literally tried to blow up the magic well in the woods at one point — Snow eventually went to Regina herself, offering her life to end what Mr. Gold (Robert Carlyle) delightfully referred to as a “blood feud.” But when Regina pulled out Snow’s heart, she discovered something surprising inside: darkness!

Yes, killing Cora triggered a descent into darkness that Snow may never be able to crawl out of, so Regina decided to return her heart and see what happens from here.

If it means we’ll finally get a glimpse of Evil Snow, I can’t wait!

I think that henry is the key to keeping regina on the path of good, i hope that as the season progresses henry realises that as much as he lover emma, that it was regina that has been there for him his whole life and that he shouldnt turn his back on her, because henry is really good for her. Anyway we will see what the writers have in store.

["Will he be the one to bring Regina down for good?"]

Why would you want him to? Is it more important to you that Regina is “brought down for good” or redeemed? Or is redemption only fit for the likes of the Charmings and Rumpelstiltskin?

I find her more redeemable than Rumplestiltskin, to be honest. He’s the one who set all the evil balls rolling.

As we know the story book characters entered the real world. If Snow has darkness in her heart, God help Storybrooke because it is not story evil it is real evil.

I wish they would stop putting new people to the show it work fine without the new cast. But seeing snow to evil would be fun to see and how. She might destroy Regan and gold.

I was very happy that Regina was not able to kill Snow. I am however very excited to see what is going to happen now that Snow White’s heart is turning black. I watched this episode this morning before getting the kids ready for school, since I had to work my shift at DISH last night. My DISH Hopper can instantly skip commercials on recorded prime time TV, so I got to watch the full episode and still get the kids off to school in plenty of time.
