Lindsay accepted a plea deal during her Mar. 18 court hearing, stemming from lying to police after a June 2012 car accident! Lindsay was sentenced to five days in jail but she’s able to serve it while in rehab.
Lindsay Lohan is heading back to rehab! During the live stream of Lindsay’s court hearing on Mar. 18, Lindsay was sentenced to five days in jail, 90 days of rehab, 30 days of community service and 18 months of psychotherapy. Lindsay was in court after lying to police, claiming she wasn’t driving during a June 2012 car accident.
Lindsay Lohan’s Jail Sentence — Not Off To A Good Start
The judge was less than thrilled while sentencing Lindsay. Not only did she arrive 48 minutes late, she ended up pleading guilty to one charge and no contest to two others.
The judge ended up sentencing her to five days in jail (which will be folded into her stay in rehab, so she’ll never see the inside of a jail cell). Then 90 days of rehab must be completed, and it can’t be out patient.
Her probation was extended for two more years, and she had to go to counseling for the next year and a half. She also must complete 30 days of community service, which she can do in NYC.
Meanwhile, Lindsay looked exhausted, she could barely keep her eyes open. Plus, she kept telling her attorney Mark Heller to stop talking, she looked incredibly angry.

He told us: “She’s late for court. She should have been here a couple of days early and Dina should have gotten her here.”
Lindsay was supposed to be on a flight to LA on Mar. 17 but she got off because she didn’t feel safe. The next morning around 6 AM EST, she got on a private plane, which was diverted to LAX so that she could get to court as close to 8:30AM as possible.

I am sick of this Lindsay does what she wants, shows up late if at all and once again she is sent to rehab. Please if I showed up 48 min late for court I’d be held in contempt and be in jail this girl has been given too many chances. She needs to spend some REAL time in jail and not just a few days. if the jail is too crowded then transfer to a place that has room for her. like that jail in AZ with the tent city. Sometimes I wish I was a judge and could throw the book at her.

@ Monica: it isn’t just white celebs: blacks get off too. But I agree with you: I am disgusted at the fact Lindsay gets a slap on the wrist, when she shoulda had her trainwreck @$$ in jail,and been made to forcefully stay there. Rehab for anyone, is a joke: druggies quit when they die, and not before. I agree with you: she needs some serious forceful help,before she dies in a marble bathtub.

Once again the Californian Tax players have paid for HER. And once again she got off. What a joke. She walks in with FREE Designer clothes on, got off a private jet (btw, I’m boycotting PINK ENERGY FOR THIS) she is ALWAYS getting free clothes, jewelry, cars, place to stay and a lot more. And she doesn’t obey laws that if we committed we’d be in jail alongggg time ago. Why do WHITE so called celeb’s ALWAYS GET OFF???
