Selena Gomez is on a career high right now! The former Disney princess attended the LA premiere of Spring Breakers on March 14, where she told HollywoodLife.com all about how she was “nervous” to take the part of Faith, but she was so grateful for the opportunity. Read on for all the details.
Selena Gomez Talks About Risky ‘Spring Breakers’ Role
Selena stunned in red at the premiere, where she opened up about her role playing a bikini wearing, ass kicking good girl gone bad in Harmony Korine‘s hit film. HollywoodLife.com asked Selena about taking the part, and why she wanted it, and she said she couldn’t let it pass her!
“Now that I am 20 [years old] now, it is artwork for me now! It is a R rating but it was amazing, everyone was amazing! It was a lot of work and I was nervous! But that is what is such a joy to be an actor to get these opportunities! To get to do these things was fun!”
We then asked her if she would take on more risque roles, but right now she is busy dropping hit songs!
“I don’t know, I am working on my music right now and that has been nice!”
You go girl! Her new music is awesome, so let’s hope there is plenty more of it!
