Miley Cyrus Gets A New Heart Tattoo -- For Liam Hemsworth?

Now that Miley & Liam appear to be in a troubled relationship threatening their engagement, Miley got herself a new heart tattoo. Is it for Liam?

Kat Von D tweeted on Mar. 15 about a tattoo she did on Miley Cyrus depicting a miniature rendition of Leonardo da Vinci‘s Anatomical Heart drawings. But what is the true meaning for the new skin art?

Rumors have been swirling like crazy on the status of Miley’s relationship with Liam Hemsworth and now Miley may have made the next move on the whole situation by getting a new tattoo. Celebrity tattoo artist Kat Von D took to Twitter to show off what she did for Miley by writing, “Just did the RADDEST tattoo on @mileycyrus – a miniature rendition of a daVinci anatomical heart!”

One thing that should be pointed out is that it is not a tattoo of a broken heart, but with the heart on her arm, it is officially showing that Miley has her heart on her sleeve. This speaks volumes on her emotional core at this time of uneasiness in her relationship.

Liam Is Still In Australia Away From Miley!

One thing that appears to have been a major stress on the relationship is the distance the couple is currently sharing. Liam has been in Australia for quite sometime and reports are flying that he disapproves of Miley’s wild ways and even some of her friends. In the past couple of weeks, the engagement ring that Miley has had from Liam hasn’t been worn, and it’s been one whirlwind rumor after another. There doesn’t seem to be a return from Liam to come back to see Miley or even a reconciliation to talk about, which is sad because they seemed to be the perfect couple.

Hopefully this new tattoo gesture will be the first step on getting back on solid ground in their relationship! Our fingers are crossed!

That has got to be one of the ugliest tattoos I’ve ever seen. Sure, it has such deep meaning behind it, as do all Miley’s tattoos…it’s beyond the ken of the average person, but seriously, I’m just waiting for her to tattoo “Look at me, damn it, look at me!” on her forehead and just get it over with.
By the way, what’s up with her face in that pic? Her lips look like they’re on upside-down or something.
