This divorce battle is getting uglier and uglier! Pregnant Kim is fed up of Kris’ courtroom antics, and she has now accused Kris of leaking an important deposition. Yikes!

More stones are being thrown in the divorce battle between Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian! In the latest round Kim has thrown a punch at Kris, as she has accused his lawyers of leaking testimony that some scenes in her reality shows are staged, including his proposal to her! Kim and her camp have accused Kris of leaking the Feb. 4 deposition of Keeping Up With the Kardashians producer Russell Jay to Life & Style magazine. Read on for all the details.

Kim, 32, accused Kris, 28, of dirty courtroom tactics, reports The New York Post. Under oath, Russell said that Kim requested they re-film Kris’ proposal for her hit E! show, because “she didn’t like how her face looked,” while they also re filmed the famous scene where Kim and her mom Kris Jenner talked about her marriage troubles in Dubai. This scene has been called fake because it happened AFTER Kim had filed for divorce from Kris.

Kim is accusing Kris of leaking this footage to the magazine, which is a pretty low move if it is true. Either way, re filming scenes is not unheard of when filming reality TV.

“This is normal operating procedure on any reality show,” said one Kim source to the New York Post. “None of this shows fraud, which is what Kris is trying to prove. His entire case is based on the premise that he is the stupidest person on the planet.”

The source also adds that Kim is so fed up with Kris, because she thinks his motives are not money based.

“He’s just trying to make her miserable,” said the source.

Kim lost a good guy sure he has his flaws as he is not perfect, but he was willing to participate in her show even though he found it ridiculous. He said many times that he was only doing it to make her happy and because they were married. He just wanted to focus on basketball and did not want to be in the spotlight of her show but Kim whined and nagged that if he wanted to stay married then he would have to be on the show. She couldn’t get any of her other lovers to be willing participants on her show. If they obliged her a few moments they were unwilling to be used that way. Kanye and Kim are so in love but she can’t even get him to be on her show for any long time. When he does come on for a brief moment, he mumbles and no one can hear what he is saying. I wonder if he refused to wear a mic. Kris was willing to go the extra mile and make himself look stupid to please KIm who then she turned around and used it against him and further edited the show to make him look even worse. She obviously planned the whole thing and is very dishonest about it. An honest person would have apologized to Kris and edited him completely out of the show, once divorce decision was made. Kim is a greedy, cold hearted person who would do anything for ratings even hurting someone who loved her.

Please do not make Kris out to be someone who loved Kim so much, that he was in the shows because of her. He seemed to love the limelight, and would have continued being the great actor he is because he was convincing in the roles he was playing, but Kim pulled the plug, and he still wanted to continue doing whatever she wanted, if they could stay married as he begged her to reconsider divorcing him. Noone put a gun to his head, even when he had a chance to escape all that he so called detested according to your comment, he still wanted to stay, why? He has not had a quiet life since then, always in the news, and it is usually not positive attention. He even complained according to reports that she would push him out of photo-ops, hello, other people understand when they are with stars, even other stars, know when to step aside and let their partners shine, but not this guy, it bothered him, according to reports.
And you say he loved her, if that is love she does not need any enemies! People who love do not turn on people this way, regardless of whatever, love is unconditional.It does not turn ugly because you are not getting your way. Even when he was with her, she had to endure his put downs. Kim’s self esteem is important to her, she did not need this meaness in her life, and she checked out, she has a right, she is not his slave and has the means to do so, and the support of her family and friends. Kris just does not seem nice.

Kris did only do the shows because of Kim how many times did he state that? As the person above said Kim forced him by whining and nagging. None of her other lovers have done the show. From what I understand Kanye has only done the show a coupe of times, and they are apparently so in lve and expecting a chid together. Kris initially didn’t hate Kim that came later when he felt used by her. According to his faith divorce is bad and the fact that he wanted to make the marriage work only proves how much he loved her. Court documents have proven that the show was edited to make Kris look bad a couple of days after she filed for divorce. By this I mean the Dubai scene. She sure fell out of love pretty damn quick, she hasn’t stopped mocking or abusing him and seems to enjoy causing him pain. If you love someone as she has claimed you don’t treat them like this. She could have avoided all this if she treated him like a human being. Again Kim isn’t getting her own way so she is packing a tantrum and looking for sympathy e.g the “miscarriage scare.” Kris had to endure physical and verbal abuse from Kim a evidenced by her own show I think that’s far worse than any putdown Kris might have said especially when you consider the show was designed to make Kris look evil. If you look online a lot of people agree with me that Kim is going down. She doesn’t want to do her deposition because its hard to keep track of lies, and once she says something it can’t be unsaid. Kris and his parents share the same religion, yet they divorced, and knew when to call it quits. I do not buy that he was so used by, or upset about Kim, or that he was so in love with her. A couple of months later he was with another woman Myla, who denied and publicly dragged through mud, however she was smart, and got a bull dog lawyer, so he backed down. I will not go down the list of what he did to that poor girl, unfortunately we were all exposed to it everyday and it was horrendous. How you as a human being, especially being a woman can close her eyes to such abuse is beyond my comprehension. I just hope this is not the kind of treatment you accept in your life.

I hope after the trial, Kris Humphries will live a more quiet life, so that we are no longer innundated with all the nonsensical drama that seems to swirl around him. Okay I don’t understand. Let me get this straight. Mr. Dufus proposed to her “twice”. How is he claiming FRAUD? He was a part of it as well. The only people that were defrauded were the viewers. Kris has gone on to continue his basketball career, had(I think still has) a girlfriend. He has a watch endorsement. He’s done the Funny or Die show and just did a Footlocker commercial. His name has become a household name. What suffering has gone on with this man. If anything Kim’s name has been nearly destroyed. He is just pissed that he didn’t get a chance to continue being Mr. Kim Kardashian. Forgive me, call me dumb if you must but I don’t understand how Kris having to propose twice proves he was in on the fraud. I would think it would put more burden on Kim. She wanted it reshot because she “didn’t look happy enough.” Does that not smack of something abnormal? when someone is being prosed to I doubt they would be thinking about if they look happy enough. Because most people ARE genuinely happy. Kim’s name has been nearly destroyed because of her own actions and behaviour. Excuse me, but did you not read that the producer also stated that there were scenes that were staged to make to make Kris look bad, and the one that was mentioned was when Kim allegedly had left town, and Kris convinces Scott to have a party, as Kim was away. I saw that episode plus the next episode, where Kris tells Scott to lie about the party, that they did not have a party, because he knew Kim would not like it. Well guess what, all this time that she was supposed to be away, Kim was not away but in the next room! So how come Kris was not in on the fraud, when he gave an emmy winning performance, pretending Kim was out of town, telling Scott not to divulge that there was a party, denying to Kim that they had a party, then later on telling Kim they did have a party, and that Scott covered up for him. It was all staged, and Kris was the leading actor, so do not tell me he was not part of the staging, that he is now trying to use to his advantage, it aint gonna fly! Yes it made him look bad, but he acted in it, and got paid.It did not seem to bother him then! Please do not make Kris the martyr, that he is not!

Excuse me, I just went on the internet to refresh my memory about the party, Kris tells Scott to lie that Scott gave the party, after Scott warned him not to throw a party as Kourtney and Kim were not there, because they were out of town. I guess we were all defrauded as Kim was somewhere there, as this fake scene was being shot, according to the producer. Now how are you going to tell me that little Mr innocent was not part of the staging, when Kim was there and not out of town as they pretended she was. I must say Kris gave a spectacular performance, now in retrospect since it was staged, up to the part where he is eavesdropping on Scott to make sure he was not giving up the jigg.

What suffering has gone on? How about booed and mocked at every game. Every time he is at the free throw line large effys of the KKlans and insults thrown at him left right and centre. His name is slandered in the tabloids and the media every week. No team wanted to sign him after he had a good year. Before Kris met Kim the nets expressed interest in signing him long term however after the divorce drama he only got a 1 year dear and subsequently a 2 year deal. Other players who were playing at his level got longer term deals for more money. When he was a free agent Kim blasted him on her show and in the tabloids about him being unemployed even when he had no control over the lock out situation. Kris’s personality is what gets him Funny of Die and Footlooker commercials as he just turned a bad situation into a good one.

Shannon I work the industry they made the scene up the producer said they did not say re-shot the Dubai scene. It was a scene for Post I know you don’t know mean. So Please know what you are talking about you look ridiculous talking about voice overs. But while we are talking about voice overs what is done is referred to as Frankenclips using the dialogue spoken by a person then spliced together to make it seem like they said a sentence they never said so they can create situations that never happened.

And if you read the article that’s what the producer was saying was done to make Kris look bad and Kim look like the victim. So yeah guilty

I remember them saying that as well earlier in their seasons. I stopped watching after a few shows and keep having the show forced upon me while watching “E”. I am tired of the commerical of those young women having babies while NOT married and mom training her younger daughters how to “get” what they want by using their face and body and a dad who goes along with the flow. It’s their business how they want to address morals in their lives but why make a tv show out of it. Perhaps $$$$$ is the reason. There are a lot of young adults and grown-ups who watch this train wreck. …I wonder if I got preggie after 72 days of marriage to another man, have 2 kids, want to run my ex-son in law’s career, teach my girls how to get over on people….hum…i wonder if MY show would sell….maybe i need to do a tape and get butt injections and face surgery….well…I will never know ….HA!

Kris is an idiot, and in all actuality this deposition will work against him, because the minute he agreed to refilm the scene he became a willing participant in the fraud that he is claiming, if he was in a scene where she was crying and used a cry stick he became a willing participant in the fraud that he is claiming. He was a willing participant, and he went ahead with it anyway. Not to mention they will bring in all reality stars and they all do reshoots and then they go in and do voice overs after the scenes are edited, anyone that knows anything about reality television knows this. Further more, any attorney worth their weight will slaughter him with this information. You haters may want to look up Laura Wasser, she will have him for dinner.

How did he become a willing participant? Bad lighting, camera angles wrong anything could have been said to get him to agree to redo the shots that doesn’t prove anything. As far as I know she was “crying” to her friends about the relationship so he wouldn’t have been there when she used the cry stick. Even that is proof of fraud she claims she was so upset about everything but still can’t produce real tears? Kris has them admitting that the shows where staged to make him look like the bad guy so it’s Kim that will be slaughtered. That whole Dubai conversation that Kris J has insisted is real? You are the idiot, Kris humphries did not take part in any editing of the show after Oct 31,2011. Kris Jenner is an executive producer of the show and using voice overs to make Humphries says what he didn’t say or misrepresent what really happen in reality to getting a ratings spike is dishonest and fraudulent.
