Plus, Ryder may be getting catfished. And Rachel finds out if she’s really pregnant.
In a perfect Glee world, Marley (Melissa Benoist) would be dating both Ryder (Blake Jenner) and Jake (Jacob Artist), Rachel (Lea Michele) would never have had a pregnancy scare, Will (Matthew Morrison) and Finn (Cory Monteith) would be best friends again and Brody (Dean Geyer) would be earning money as a real cater waiter. But then that wouldn’t be fun, would it?
Rachel Finds Out If She’s Pregnant
I can’t say I didn’t see this one coming. Rachel goes to the doctor and finds out she’s not pregnant. For those who were hoping the original pregnancy test was a false alarm, you can rest assured. For those of you who were hoping Ms. Berry would be carrying a little berry of her own (like ME!), take a moment to roll your eyes if you haven’t already.
Sure, it’s great that Rachel isn’t preggo, but I like when TV shows take risks and her maybe pregnancy came across as a cheap thrill instead of an intriguing plot development.
Finn & Will Duke It Out In Song
Leave it to Will and Finn to work out their problems through music. Will is definitely not happy that Finn kissed his woman, and he’s making his former student pay for it.
Members of New Directions propose “feud week,” so that everyone can work out their problems by singing songs, including Finn and Mr. Schuester. (If only life were that easy.)
Will and Finn end up performing a mashup of *NSYNC’s “Bye, Bye, Bye” and Backstreet Boys “I Want It That Way.” Even though their performance was hot as fire, their relationship it still cold as ice.
There’s no resolution here, but Will seems to be coming around to the idea of forgiving Finn. (We all make mistakes, right?)
Ryder’s Getting Catfished
After getting caught up in a love triangle with Jake and Marley, Ryder looks for love in a different space — the internet. The hunky singer seems to be pretty chummy with his online pen pal — she even asks for a shirtless pic! (I’ll take one too, please!) But let’s be real. Hasn’t Ryder watched an episode of Catfish yet? If you’re not getting any pictures in return, it’s a red flag!
When Ryder admits he’s finally getting over Marley and tells his online love that he wants to meet, the girl signs off.
Brody & Finn Get Into A Fist Fight
Santana is adamant about finding out Brody’s secret. However, Rachel and Kurt are not happy with her pushiness. They give Santana an ultimatum — either leave Brody alone or move out!
Santana picks the latter option and heads out with Rachel’s comforter and Kurt’s pillow in hand. Before leaving, Santana swipes Brody’s mysterious pager and sets him up for the ultimate trap!
Brody shows up to a hotel room, thinking he’s going to be meeting a “client” only to find Santana. She catches Brody in the act, and he begs her not to tell Rachel. However, Santana says he would have to explain to someone else — and Finn comes out of the hotel bathroom. BOOM!
Santana leaves them to have a “girl talk,” but they just end up throwing fists and hurling each other across the room. Brody begs Finn not to tell Rachel his secret, but Finn demands that Brody stay away from his “future wife.”
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Should Rachel be understanding? Is she really Finn’s future wife? Should Will forgive Finn? And who’s catfishing Ryder? Tell us what you think!
