It hasn’t been long since Desiree Hartsock’s heart was broken by Sean Lowe on The Bachelor, but it looks like she might already be moving on to her own show!
Desiree Hartsock: Already Filming ‘The Bachelorette?’
The Bachelor fave, who was eliminated late in the game, was filming with a full camera crew on a Santa Monica pier. As for what she was actually shooting, the details are being kept a secret, but what other show utilizes so many “gazing into the distance, hair blowing in the wind” shots?
Though an eyewitness couldn’t say whether Desiree was orating on her perfect man, he did say that “Des was smiling and happy. She definitely seemed like she was enjoying herself.” Of course — she’s the one who’ll be getting 20-plus men vying for her attention now!
HollywoodLife.com exclusively told you first on Mar. 5 that Desiree was in line to be the next Bachelorette. The source also revealed that the announcement will be made public and official during The Bachelor season finale on Mar. 11.
We also reported that The Bachelorette would begin filming the next season in the middle of March. Looks like they’re a little bit ahead of schedule!
Sean Lowe Hopes For The Best For Desiree
Though Sean decided to take his heart elsewhere, he’s in her corner and totally hopes she has luck finding the love of her life. “Although it didn’t work out with us, she’ll always have a place in my heart because she is such a lovable person,” Sean said to PEOPLE on March 5. “I know Des has moved on, and I’m hoping she gets a second chance at love – maybe on the next season of The Bachelorette? She would definitely get my vote.”
We’re hoping the same thing — and it DEFINITELY looks like she’s going to get a ton of attention as The Bachelorette!

She is a very mature, genuine and grounded person, and will stick by whomever she marries, will always love him and stick with him t

Sean is a very fickle person and loves movie starring – why is he going on Dancing With the Stars when all he ever said was he wanted to find the love of his life and get married. He is a very shallow person and will say whatever it takes to stay in the limelight. It will never last with him and Cathy – as they are both too artificial and ‘yes’, he is a playboy. Good luck Desiree – you are one beautiful person’both inside and outside and you have a never.ending glow when you smile.
