The ‘Teen Mom 2′ star filed claims against her husband in January for abuse, and now the details of the night he allegedly assaulted her have been revealed! Read on for more exclusive details.

MTV star Jenelle Evans, 21, recently went through a miscarriage with a baby she was having with husband Courtland Rogers, 27. Details about the miscarriage and her now-estranged marriage were few, but now one of their allegedly big marital problems has come to light.

Jenelle Filed Charges Against Courtland

Bar fights may be a semi-normal occurrence, but supposedly Courtland waited until he got home from the bar in January to allegedly start up his fight with Jenelle. This wasn’t some ordinary bickering between a married couple though – Courtland was accused of “picking her up, throwing against the wall, bashing her head on the wall, punching her in her head, back, stomach and legs,” according to the warrant issued for Courtland.

A source told RadarOnline.com that “he started yelling at Jenelle and didn’t even care that she was bleeding and cramping and starting to have a miscarriage. He allegedly first shoved her out of the way and Jenelle tried to get away from him. That’s when things got out of control,” the source said.

Some guys just don’t understand the word “no” and, according to the source, Courtland is one of those guys. He reportedly didn’t seem to care that Jenelle didn’t want to have sex with him that night.

“Jenelle told him no way and he shoved her onto the bed,” the source told Radar Online. “Then when she tried to get up to go out of the room he hit her and pushed her against the wall.”

Courtland Allegedly Assaulted Jenelle

The source claims he didn’t stop there though, and that he continued to violently come at Jenelle.

“He got really physical with her and grabbed her around the neck in a choke hold,” the source continued. “She was screaming at him and telling him to stop but he hit her in the head and then in the face with a closed fist.”

Jenelle wasn’t just going to take the abuse, the source said. She supposedly “put her arms up and tried to get out the way” and eventually got out. She hoped filing charges against him would keep him away.

Courtland Rogers ‘Not A Woman Beater’

A source close to the couple EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife.com that he doesn’t believe Courtland could do something like that to Jenelle, or to any woman for that matter.

“I’m 100 percent convinced he did not assault her,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. The insider says Courtland has had problems with the law, but he isn’t known as a woman beater.”Hitting women is not his thing. He does have just that little bit of respect for women.”
