Justin Bieber gave his fans quite the scare — both in the audience at his Mar. 7 concert at London’s O2 arena and worldwide — when he collapsed on stage due to shortness of breath. Justin had to be taken to the hospital, but not until after finishing the show like a real pro! Justin, 19, Instagrammed a picture of himself in his hospital bed to let his fans know he was doing alright, and, in turn, his fans took to Twitter to make sure their idol knows they love and admire him.
