The MTV star is back in rehab just days after getting out, and a source reveals to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY why the troubled Teen Mom returned so fast. Read on for the exclusive details.

Jenelle Evans has been on a downward spiral ever since appearing on MTV’s Teen Mom 2. After years of arrests, drug charges and stints in rehab, the troubled mom to Jace, 3, hit rock bottom after she left rehab on March 2 — and immediately returned for more help. A source close to the situation tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY why she went back to rehab.

Jenelle was hit with allegations she was addicted to heroin after her mom Barbara Evans reportedly walked in on her shooting up, according to her sister Ashleigh Evans Wilson. After her mom forced her into rehab to get clean, she was back just a couple months later in February, reportedly for the same drug problem.

“Jenelle was only in for a few weeks to detox and then left immediately. The physical addiction was over but not the mental addiction. That takes longer to get over, which is why three days after getting out she’s right back in,” the insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

“She’s not doing it because she wants to be clean. She’s doing it to try and save her MTV job and that just won’t work. You have to want to be clean for yourself,” the source added.

Jenelle Evans Future On ‘Teen Mom 2′ In Jeopardy

Reports surfaced in January that Jenelle’s future on the hit MTV docu-series was in jeopardy after her string of personal and legal trouble, which included separating from her husband Courtland Rogers, suffering from a miscarriage at approximately seven weeks pregnant, and getting back together (and breaking up) with her ex-fiance Gary Head.

Hopefully, Jenelle gets her life back on track for herself and for Jace — and not for her MTV paycheck.

I also think that the other mom that needs a reality check is Kailyn. Do you really think that “Jav” is the answer to your lack of responsibility. Guess what? The military doesn’t pay a fortune!

I think tht Jennele from Teen Mom 2 is a self centered little looser. Anyone that puts a boob job before their child is just wrong! Not only does she not spend time with her son, she goes from guy to gguy and yet her Mom hasn’t filed for custody of Jase. Jennelle doesn’t take care of him- her Mom does. Does Jeneele even remember that she has a kid!! Grow up little girl!! Stop being so damn selfish!!

This particular teen mom 2 every time they bring it back Leah Jenelle and Kailyn are getting worse. There is no positive progress from these girls to young teen mothers. I mean really now Jenelle is shooting heroin and last season she was going to prison for smoking reefer. The producèrs who keep airing this show should be fired. People will show anything to make money. What’s next Jenelle will go on Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehap

Maybe she should be on an episode of “True LIfe” instead of fake glamorized world she and the other girls on “Teen Mom” seem to be living in.

Jenelle is mentally unstable that’s for sure. She’s highly addicted to the men in her life as well as drugs. She shows an unbelievable disregard towards herself, her child and her mother in relation to men and drugs. I believe by the time jenelle figures out what her trouble is it will be too late.

Why is she even on teen mom? She is a teen but not a mother to her child!!

Seriously, these people are a great example of how NOT to be…sad.

Of course she is going to rehab to save her “MTV career”. MTV should take the high road on this one and cancel any contracts with her going forward. How many more seasons of this godawful show will there be anyway? At some point, these lil moneygrubbers will need to grow up and get lives of their own.

Chelsea will be forever single, except for when Adam decides he needs to get laid. She will also continue thinking that “bleach blonde look” is attractive ;) and will live off her “low IQ” parents until she’s in her 30′s.

Kailyn will never get rid of that chip on her shoulder until she starts respecting Joe. Maybe if she got a head and personality transplant, she wouldn’t be such a heinous piece of white trash.

And Leah, poor little Leah. This chick is dumber than a box of rocks and has the maturity level of a 7th grader. She is setting a terrible example for her daughters. Look for at least 2 of them to star in their own “Teen Mom 3″ series one day.

i actuall think there is something wrong with jenelle, she must have a very low IQ, when she talks she talks like a person who is ‘slow’. she makes bad choices every time, she needs lots of counseling and to get her tubes tied. she could also benefit from a good role model, a sponsor, someone to guide her through her train wreck life.

Who honestly believes that Jenelle cares more about herself and her child more than being on tv? She wants to talk crap about Andrew not spending any time with Jace but it isn’t like she is any better. It’s ridiculous how quickly she runs thru guys. I think it’s hilarious that she thought she could be some kinda housewife with that loser Courtland or Keiffer. It’s annoying how ppl wanna defend this idiot.
