Selena Gomez looks amazing in the April 2013 issue of Harper’s Bazaar, where the 20-year-old star flaunts her svelte frame in a slew of high-fashion get-ups. While the star always looks flawless on the red carpet, she admits getting glam for a big event is still totally nerve-wracking! “Of course, when I’m on red carpets, I’m nervous, sweaty, and weird,” she admits to the mag.

As for her everyday style, Selena prefers dressing down. While we think she looks stylish and chic practically every time she steps out, the star says she doesn’t really put a lot of thought into her dressed down, everyday sense of style. “I do not give a damn what I look like, I don’t,” she says. “I wish I could pay attention because Gwen Stefani, say, looks flawless.” Gomez is also a fan of Rachel Bilson (“the one person I totally love casually”), Gwyneth Paltrow, and Charlize Theron.”

On the cover she flashes her bright smile while sporting red and white stipes, but inside the mag she shows a little more skin in a slew of sexy looks. My personal favorite is definitely a shot of the star lounging poolside in a strapless Oscar de la Renta top and shorts by the designer, while holding on to an umbrella. Her sexiest look is a coral Akris dress with a severely low back that puts her bare skin on full display.

Selena isn’t just embracing a sexy new looks when it comes to her red carpet style and on photo shoots — she’s also gearing up for the release of her racy new role in Spring Breakers. While her life, (and her relationships), may constantly be in the spotlight, the star has managed to keep herself cool, calm and collected — and that’s why we’re such major Selena fans!
