After the sad passing of WWE legend William Moody, better known to wrestling fans as Paul Bearer, on Mar. 5, news has come out on a potential cause of death. A new report claims he had dealing with blood clots. So sad!

After the sad Mar. 5 passing of William Moody, aka Paul Bearer, TMZ has reported that the former WWE manager had been treated for a blood clot days before his death. Could this be the reason for his untimely demise?

Paul Bearer’s Death: WWE Legend’s Declining Health

Sources close to Paul, who has had a host of health issues in the past, claim that the WWE legend was suffering from a blood clot. TMZ reports that “Cowboy” Bob Kelly, the president of the Cauliflower Alley Club, told the outlet he last saw Paul on Mar. 2 at a Club reunion where he witnessed Paul in declining health and dealing with a serious breathing issue. Most people at the event noted that he had trouble standing and was constantly coughing, but he told them that he was going to get checked out.

Bob tells the outlet that Paul went to the hospital immediately after leaving the reunion. He says that he was informed later that the wrestling icon was being treated for a blood clot.

Sadly, a few days later, at the age of 58, Paul, most known as the manager of The Undertaker, died.
