Attention Tributes! The newest ‘Catching Fire’ poster has been released and Jennifer Lawrence looks like a total badass as District 12 Tribute Katniss.
I sure wouldn’t want to come up against Jennifer Lawrence in The Hunger Games! In the newest poster released for Catching Fire, Jennifer looks stunning in white dress as Katniss Everdeen, and her stare in ice cold. Katniss has swapped her wetsuit for a ball gown in the new poster, and she looks amazing!
Jennifer Lawrence Stars In ‘Hunger Games’ Sequel
Jennifer, 22, is having the best year of her career! After accepting her Oscar for Best Actress on Feb. 24 for her role in Silver Linings Playbook, she is set to release her latest Hunger Games film later this year. And it’s gonna be awesome!
The poster for the highly anticipated film shows Jennifer in a floor length stunning white dress, with the typical wacky make up seen in the Capitol and she is holding a white rose. Full of ruffles and moulded wings, Katniss looks more like a beautiful princess than a frightened tribute who is about to fight to the death!
Jennifer even dyed her caramel hair dark brown for the part!
Spoiler alert — if you haven’t read the dystopian novel, stop reading now! The sequel shows Katniss and her sexy companion Peeta Meelark (Josh Hutcherson) reenter the Hunger Games as part of the 75th Quarter Quell, where they must once again fight for their lives. But I promise you, it is nothing like the last movie!
Hopefully these posters will excite fans, because the movie is not released until Nov. 22, 2013, so we will have to wait some time yet to see it!
