Ashton already filed divorce papers at Christmas, but now Demi is filing her own set because Ashton is being ‘hostile’ during talks. Yikes!

Ashton Kutcher officially filed for divorce from his former wife Demi Moore on Dec. 21, and now three months later Demi, 50, is filing her own set! Demi is bitter that Ashton is being “hostile” during negotiations, and furthermore he is reportedly hesitant to share the wealth he earned while they were still married.

“Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi — a lot more than she made — but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn’t owe her that much,” a source said to The New York Post. “She has had enough.”

Ashton, 35, is currently the highest paid actor on TV, ever since he landed his spot on Two & A Half Men. Not only is he allegedly withholding his wealth, he has also been tough during negotiations.

“Ashton has been very difficult during the talks,” the insider said. “You could even say he has been hostile. After over a year of attempting to reach a settlement, Demi is definitely ready to move on,” the source said of her decision to file. “It’s hoped lawyers for both sides can reach a settlement this spring, otherwise the divorce will go into litigation and trial.”

This battle has gotten seriously nasty! Demi and Ashton used to be the sweetest couple so this is a shame. Since their split, Ashton has begun dating his That 70′s Show co-star Mila Kunis, while Demi is looking to the future.

She is healthy and happy, and just wants to move on with her life,” says the source.

UPDATE: On March 7, Demi filed documents asking for spousal support from Ashton, and sources tell TMZ that Demi is financially comfortable and does not need it.

“She’s got money up the wazoo” and has millions more than Ashton. Demi is also asking Ashton to pay her legal fees, but sources do not expect she will be successful with either demand.

On the upside, TMZ reports that this divorce should be settled soon. Hooray!
