Teo will play one of Cory & Topanga’s two children on the pilot of the Disney Channel spin-off, filming this month!
The Matthews-Lawrence clan is finally complete! Teo Halm has been cast as Elliott, the teenage son of Cory (Ben Savage) and Topanga (Danielle Fishel) — and the older brother of titular girl Riley (Rowan Blanchard) — on Disney Channel’s Girl Meets World pilot, HollywoodLife.com‘s sister site TVLine is reporting.
Unlike some of his new co-stars, Teo is actually relatively green in the entertainment industry. Aside from three projects — a short titled Waltham Vanguard, an untitled “wolf adventure” and a biopic of writer Charles Bukowski — Teo’s IMDB is pretty bare.
Something tells me it won’t stay that way for long!

Teo was really the final piece of an already well-built puzzle. Ben, 32, and Danielle, 31, were the show’s first two major hires, reprising their roles from ABC’s original Boy Meets World series. Next up was Rowan, 11, who couldn’t have been a more perfect addition. (She looks exactly like you’d expect Cory and Topanga’s daughter to look.)
Riley’s “edgy” friend Maya — aka the “Shawn Hunter” of Girl Meets World — will be played by Sabrina Carpenter.
As for whether or not classic Boy Meets World characters will resurface on the spin-off, executive producer Michael Jacobs recently said “there’s more than a chance” we’ll be seeing familiar faces from the past.

Month, Day, in 2013?
Will someone tell us the month and day in 2013 that disney will air girl meets world?
