Britney Spears Congratulates Sister On Engagement

Jamie Lynn, 21, tweeted a picture of her and Jamie on March 2 showing off her HUGE ring, with the caption “:) #hedidgood.”

On March 4, Britney, 31, tweeted ”So excited and happy for my sister, congrats @jamielynnspears – love you.” That is so sweet! The former X Factor judge is clearly so happy for her sister, who is currently launching her country music career.

HollywoodLife.com previously reported that Jamie and Jamie were planning on getting married, and Jamie Lynn flashed her huge diamond ring on Instagram when she made the announcement.

Jamie Lynn was previously in a relationship with Casey Aldridge, who is the father to her daughter Maddie, 4. They broke up nine months after Maddie was born in 2009. Meanwhile Britney has recently become single after she and her boyfriend of several years, Jason Trawick, broke up.

Britney could be the maid of honor at Jamie Lynn’s wedding, and Maddie would make such an adorable flower girl!
