Hooray! ‘The Bachelorette’ will officially return to our screens on May 20, and the lucky lady who is taking on the job will be revealed on Sean Lowe’s ‘Bachelor’ finale on March 11. So exciting!
On Feb. 27 ABC officially announced that our favorite dating show The Bachelorette would return to our screens on May 20! Such great news! But more importantly, ABC also announced that the woman stepping into Emily Maynard‘s shoes will be revealed on the March 11 season finale of The Bachelor. Will she be one of Sean Lowe‘s rejects? ‘The Bachelorette’ To Be Revealed On ‘The Bachelor’ Final
ABC made the announcement on Feb. 27 in a press statement, and they said that the girl who will be looking for love will be revealed LIVE by host Chris Harrison on The Bachelor: After the Final Rose on March 11.
Considering the show will begin filming in mid March, ABC needs to make that announcement fast!
We know this because TV Guide’s Robyn Ross tweeted the shows producer Robert Mills to ask if they will begin filming The Bachelorette on or around March 17 2013, and he tweeted back to say “yes!”
However, they are yet to have selected anyone!
An ABC spokesperson EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife.com on Feb. 26 that “No one has been picked yet.” However we have a strong feeling that we know who it is!

I actually love The Bachelorette more than The Bachelor, so yes, I’m very excited about this! I can’t wait to see who they pick for this season. Sadly I won’t be home to watch the finale when they announce it because I’ll be working my shift at DISH. My DISH Hopper is set up to record all the primetime shows on ABC every night, though, so I’ll be able to get caught up as soon as I get home!
