Selena Gomez, 20, is back! On Feb. 26, Selena teased, “Whose ready for an album? All the songs have been decided coming to you soon,” on Twitter! We saw her hit the studio on Feb. 9 and it looks like things are wrapping up. Do you think she’ll include songs about her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber?

Justin re-released an acoustic version of his album Believe on Jan . 29 and included three new songs — “Yellow Raincoat,” ”I Would” and “Nothing Like Us” – all reportedly about Selena.
On Feb. 21, Justin tweeted, “up all last night writing.” Could Justin be using the past for future material?
Selena Gomez Gets Inspiration From Her BFF Taylor Swift
Selena spoke to MTV before her UNICEF Charity Concert in NYC on Jan. 19 and discussed the inspiration for her upcoming music.
“Taylor [Swift] inspires me, not even in music, just in everything that she does. She’s such an incredible person,” Selena told MTV in January.
“Skrillex was a big inspiration because he did the score of Spring Breakers, so being a part of that and meeting him and watching Spring Breakers a thousand times through festivals and stuff, you kinda get hooked on it. So I was like, ‘I should kind of add a little bit of that in there.’”
Skrillex’s sound is very electronic, so we can’t wait to hear Selena’s interpretation! She didn’t actually collaborate with him on her album.
After seeing Selena’s edgy new role in Spring Breakers, we can’t wait for more mature music from the pop star!
