Sean said the L word to BOTH Catherine Giudici and Lindsay Yenter on the season finale of ‘The Bachelor’, because he was so tormented over who to propose to. Poor Sean!

Sean Lowe famously said that being The Bachelor is “so hard,” and now we know why! Forget all the free vacations, cool dates and the fact that he had 26 women competing for his love; a new report says that Sean found it impossible to pick between Lindsay Yenter and Catherine Giudici at the final rose ceremony, and that he ended up telling both women that he loved them! Read on for all the details.

Sean Lowe Finds It Impossible To Pick His ‘Bachelor’ Winner

The final of The Bachelor does not air until March 11, and when it does fans will see the Texan beefcake Sean, 29, agonize over who to pick out of the final two girls, Catherine, 26, and Lindsay, 24. Sean whisked his finalists to Thailand, where he proposed to one in a very romantic setting.

“Even on the morning of the proposal he was still thinking about what to do,” a source tells Us Weekly. “Sean tells the two women he loves them,” which really breaks with Bachelor tradition.

Sean was so afraid of picking the wrong girl, that he really wanted to be open and honest.

“He was serious about finding a wife, and he didn’t want to make the wrong decision.”

Sean, who is a born-again-virgin, was so panicked that he grilled both Catherine and Lindsay before the making his choice. “These were not loving chats, these were nervous, freaked-out chats,” says the source. “They discussed faith, family and what their futures would look like.”

“He was confident they both loved him, but he was nervous about it working out. He wanted to know they were 100 percent committed to this life together. Both Lindsay and Catherine got along well with his family. Sean’s family liked them too, and saw what he liked in them.”

Sean found the decision so difficult to make, that he nearly picked NO ONE.

Sean Nearly Picked Neither Girl

Sean was so undecided that he nearly pulled a Brad Womack!

“Sean got very close to not choosing either Lindsay or Catherine,” says the source. “He would have rather picked no one than the wrong one. He got lost in his head and was analyzing everything.”

However, he finally found clarity and picked a winner.

“He took a leap of faith. By the time he made his decision, he was completely confident. He went with who he knew would be right for him and who would fit in with what he valued most.”

And it sounds so romantic!

“It was a very traditional finale,” says the insider. “There were a lot of tears from the winner and the loser. It was emotional for both women. Sean has no regrets.”

This finale sounds like it is going to be amazing!

If this story is true, then it proves that he is not in love with either of them. If you love someone to the point of wanting to marry them and spend the rest of your life with that person then you KNOW in your heart who is The One. You don’t sit there and basically flip a coin on the last day. Sean is a tool and this will end up as yet another bachelor / bachelorette Train Wreck.

I agree. It’s never that close – someone always stands out. You will notice that he supposedly “finally found clarity” and picked the winner – please – this is all to build drama for the audience. It’s too bad that Reality Steve exists – I will not look at spoilers again, it ruins the show. it sucks knowing the outcome.

I am SO glad Sean didn’t pull a Brad Womack this season! That would have been awful. I can’t wait to see who he does pick. Sadly, I won’t be home to watch the finale live because I’ll be working the late shift at DISH. My DISH Hopper is set up to record all the primetime shows on ABC every night, though, so I’ll be able to get caught up as soon as I get home!
