Brenda Perry patiently waited for the arrival of her two sons Alton and Ashton Perry, only to discover that the three had been found dead Feb 26. Their grandma Debra Denison allegedly shot her two grandsons dead and then took her own life — so sad.

It is a sad day for Brenda and Jeremy Perry since receiving the news of the deaths of three of their dear family members. Debra Denison’s body was found near the Lake of Isles golf course in Connecticut. In the car with her were her two grandsons Ashton, six months, and Alton, 2.

All three people in the car were unconscious, according to the Daily Mail.

“God has two beautiful angels helping him now,” Brenda posted after on her Facebook after the tragic accident.

Earlier that day, Debra, 47, picked Ashton and Alton up from daycare. The family began to really worry around 4 p.m. and called state police. An Amber Alert was issued in Pennsylvania in order to inform citizens that the boys were missing. In the alert, it was noted that Debra was ‘bipolar and has medical conditions.’

Bipolar disorder (previously known as manic depression) is a mental disorder that leads to mood swings between excited behaviors referred to as mania to deep depression. Periods of stability exists between the highs and lows that come with the condition. Yet, sometimes people hallucinate, have delusions and/or suicidal thoughts.

According to the Connecticut Judiciary website, Debra only has one criminal conviction for reckless driving from 2003. The Chief States medical examiner will evaluate an autopsy to determine the manner and cause of death Feb 27. The grandmother left a note for the family; however, the contents will not be revealed to the public.
