The troubled ‘Teen Mom 2′ star is reportedly back in rehab after her alleged drug use has gotten out of control. But her on-again boyfriend Gary Head is denying the drug allegations — and saying she is strictly seeking emotional support.

Jenelle Evans is no stranger to drugs and controversy, but it looks like the troubled Teen Mom 2 star is ready to get clean and put her life back on track. Jenelle is reportedly back in rehab, but this time she voluntarily checked herself in to deal with her alleged drug abuse.

Back in November, Jenelle spent a 72-hour stint in rehab after her mom Barbara reportedly walked in on her doing heroin and had her committed. But this time, Jenelle is “seeking treatment for her drug addiction issues and related stresses stemming from her tumultuous last few months,” a source close to the MTV star tells RadarOnline.com.

“Everyone has been worried about Jenelle doing heroin, even though she was denying that for a long time,” the source adds.

But other stressful factors in Jenelle’s life have pushed her over the edge.

“Jenelle has been through the wringer lately,” the source said. “She got married to a guy that she now thinks is a disaster, got pregnant, had a miscarriage and is basically falling apart.”

Gary Head Denies Jenelle Evans Was Doing Drugs

Her on-again boyfriend Gary Head, with whom Jenelle has been living the past month, came to her defense via Twitter — and denied her drug use.

“Jenelle is NOT ON DRUGS. She got sent for emotional support because this season was so intense,” Gary tweeted on Feb. 25. “MTV Does not want her to see this season and then relapse because of all the stress, but I will say that Jenelle does not do drugs. I won’t allow that and he knows that if she ever goes back to drugs then she can have them. But she won’t have me. I won’t allow it,” he added.

But Jenelle hasn’t been on Twitter since Feb. 22, which is rare for the social media addict and means she has been gone somewhere for at least a couple days.
