Not only did Kristen Stewart have the most awkward red carpet accessory ever (crutches) at the Academy Awards on Feb. 24, but she also had the most romantic — she wore a diamond ring by Fred Leighton, one that looked eerily similar to Bella’s engagement ring from the Twilight saga.
Kristen, 22, walked the red carpet solo — Robert Pattinson is in Australia shooting The Rover — but she seemed to have all the support she needed, literally. The cute brunette trudged her way down the carpet on crutches, due to an unknown foot injury.
While we certainly feel bad for Kristen, we couldn’t keep our eyes off of her hand! Kristen wore a Fred Leighton rose gold and old mine diamond navette shaped ring, circa 1900. It looks just like Bella’s engagement ring! Was she sending Rob a message?
The couple is on the brink of a permanent split, so by showing off this lookalike engagement ring, Kristen could be telling Rob that she’s ready for marriage. Getting married was allegedly one of the ultimatums Rob gave Kristen upon their reconciliation post-cheating scandal.
Kristen Stewart Kept Her Rings From ‘Twilight’
“I have all the rings that I wore as Bella in Twilight, including her wedding ring. My other treasured pieces are mainly vintage and a Cartier ‘Nail’ bracelet that I wear a lot,” Kristen told Elle UK.

The ring could be a Valentine present from Rob. Has that occured to anyone??? All of the speculations in the world do not make it true. They are separated because he is working. When he is done he will be back home with Kristen. I do not think Kristen looked sad at the Oscars. I thought she looked beautiful even though she was in pain. I did notice that the necklace Rob gave her was missing. Of course, that really doesn’t mean anything either. Let’s quit reading so much into everything they do or don’t do. Let them be.
