The sexy mom-to-be glammed up her Oscars look for look Elton John’s viewing party on Feb. 24, showing off her growing baby bump in a figure-hugging Donna Karan gown — and revealing plenty of cleavage! What did YOU think of her look?

Kim Kardashian, 32, isn’t letting pregnancy cool down her signature sexy style! At the 21st Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Viewing Party, the pregnant Keeping Up with the Kardashians star revealed her growing baby bump (and growing cleavage!) in a white fitted Donna Karan gown.

Kim showed off her nearly five-month baby bump, and kept her maternity Oscar style completely glamorous and totally Kim K with a bold dark red lip, smoky eye and slicked-back hair. She was also dripping in diamonds with jewelry by Lorraine Schwartz and heels by her rapper-turned-designer/rapper beau Kanye West.

Although her boyfriend wasn’t in attendance, Kim was accompanied by her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian. Kim also chatted with fellow sexy mom Heidi Klum at the party — and even hung out at the same table!

Heidi was dressed in a similarly sexy gown, revealing a lot of sexy cleavage in a figure-hugging Julien Macdonald dress with plenty of cleavage spilling out. Her slicked-back hair and edgy accessories completed the look, but it her two assets out front that had everyone talking!

Idk Kim has one of the ugliest baby bumps I’ve ever seen. I like how Channing Tatums wife embraces her little bump she is simply glowing. She is hot and pregnant. Kim is always wearing clothes that suck her belly in and it just makes her look fat more than pregnant.
