This article is written just to create popularity of a writer by being super-harsh. Jennifer is a decent, head-on-her-shoulders girl. She had zero intention to diss Maryl, and she was surprised that so many people have such a lack of sense of humor. And regarding the middle finger, I am sure that it was an innocent move playing by one of the guys she knows, for which she instantly apologized. I really think, Bonnie, that you are not being honest here, I think that an adequate person doesn’t see any bad in any of Jennifer’s moves so far.

Seriously Bonnie?!?im starting to think you have mental issues! You constantly bash an amazing down to earth actress like Jennifer lawerence for no reason, but have no problem praising an untalented moron like Kristen Stewart when she has an affair with a married man??

The media are some of the most DISrespectful group of people on the planet. And for ‘professional journalists’ to chastise Ms Lawrence over this little incident is hilarious.

Maybe a few of her soundbites and reactions are “off”, but mostly she is genuine, doesn’t take herself too seriously and seems fun. She is from Louisville, Kentucky–has a supportive family. It seems like stars from Kentucky are just themselves and don’t take themselves too seriously. Johnny Depp and George Clooney are from there too.

Bonnie, give us, and yourself, a big huge favor – and just don’t write anymore. Just don’t.
At least you will not look as stupid as you are right now…

My issue with her is she seems to be a little to “funny” and flippant. There was an interview with George Stephanopolous last night where Jack Nicholson came over to tell her how beautiful a job she did in the film and to congratulate her. She said something like, “Oh, you are being so rude,” Yes, she was being sarcastic but unfortunately it came across as inappropriate and a little too familiar with a Hollywood icon she had never met before.

Did you watch the whole interview because she said that when jack said”I’m crushing your interview” and he didn’t even think her response was rude he joked back and laughed. Plus it doesn’t mean that it’s an icon that he can’t take sarcasm.

What kind of reporter are you? It seems as if you’ve done no real research on Jennifer Lawrence’s personality whatsoever (or apparently on that Meryl Streep quote, as Jennifer Lawrence has already addressed this – it’s a movie quote!). She’s funny, beautiful, and talented, and she’s not out to portray something she’s not. I find it far more realistic that she flipped the bird at the photographers to be goofy, and I’m pretty sure that you are in the minority if you find that offensive (besides, the Oscars are so incredibly stuffy that it’s nice to have some sort of air of vitality and youth).

And the fact that you quote Lindsey Lohan (who honestly has NO room to say anything, she’s an idiot) and agree with her – I just can’t. This is an abysmal work of journalism. The vitrol you display in this article is unwarranted, unnecessary, and unflattering.

Yes, the “professional journalists” doing their job by asking her on the biggest night of her life if she was worried about “peaking too soon.” Really? Couldn’t come up with a better question than that?

Without the context of the ‘bird flip’, this “article” is invalid. And she must have had some reason or was joking. This whole article was so condescending and bitter. I’m sensing a personal dislike of Ms. Lawrence. Ugh, move on.

This has got to be the worst piece of journalism to come from the Oscars.

Jennifer Lawrence was quoting a film line when she said, “What does it say? I beat Meryl!”, Don’t be as stupid as a Lohan. Oh wait you just proved you are as stupid, why you have a job posting here when you don’t have a clue is beyond me.

She doesn’t have a job on this website. It’s a wordpress website. All she did was sign up for a free blog page and dressed it up as a news website. She obviously couldn’t get a real reporting job because she does absolutely no research and just reports what she thinks happened in her own little world.

Even how many weeks later you still don’t know that Jennifer Lawrence was quoting a film line when she said, “What does it say? I beat Meryl!”

Many Hollywood journalists need to be flipped off.

What a judgmental, smug, condescending little article this was.

LOL considering the fact you can’t even spell Meryl Streep right, you probably shouldn’t be judging other people’s public actions. Get a life loser

Except she wasn’t directing it at the reporters and was joking around. And even if she was their questions were inane. Do you think you peaked too quickly? Tell us about your fall? Tell us again about your fall? What was going through your head when you fell? Worth a good bird flip actually.

I’m sorry, but are you sure you didn’t mean to say Meryl StreeP? 1. How could you make that mistake 2. Don’t you read your articles to check for mistakes?

This article is stupid and sounds like an old grandma who cant understand what is “cool” or “funny.” Dont act all pretentious and snobby like youve never wanted to flip someone off to be funny. It was a JOKE. Get off your high horse. And AGAIN she was quoting a line when she said she beat Meryl. Are you fired yet?
