E! Red Carpet host Giuliana rocked a new haircut at the 85th Annual Academy Awards and she made the change just before hitting the red carpet — did you love or loathe her new hair?

Giuliana Rancic was busy commenting on how gorgeous all the stars looked at 85th Annual Academy Awards on Feb. 24, but we think she looked beautiful, too! Check out what she said about her makeover below!

As Giuliana interviewed the celebs walking the red carpet, she stunned in a Rafael Cennamo gown, Christian Louboutin heels and Forevermark jewels. But we were looking at her new hair!

Giuliana Rancic’s Last Minute Chop

Did you know G’s shorter ‘do was a last minute decision? “This morning I don’t know what came over me, but I thought, ‘I wanna chop my hair off,’” she said during the red carpet pre-show. “What better day than Oscar day to chop your hair off?”

“This is the extension-less Giuliana,” co-host Ryan Seacrest said. “I like the new you!” Giuliana also rocked super long eyelashes and a bright red lip.

Giuliana has switched up her hair cut and color quite a few times in the last couple of months! On November 21, she debuted a shorter, darker ‘do on the Today show. Before that, she had long, light brown hair with blonde highlights.

Though stars like Amanda Seyfried, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicole Kidman, Naomi Watts and more opted for vintage updos, Giuliana went casual and carefree with her hair down, just like Jennifer Aniston!
