Shirley Temple received a Juvenile Oscar, as opposed to winning the Leading Actress Oscar. The Juvenile Oscar has been discontinued (the last person to receive one was Hayley Mills in ’61)

Shirley Temple never won a regular Oscar nor ever received a Best Actress Nomination. She received a special Juvenile Oscar which is no longer given. The Juvenile Oscar itself was tiny compared to the regular one. As another poster pointed out, Hayley Mills was the last recepient of the Juvenile Oscar in 1961.
