The Escape Artist (Argo)
1.5 oz. SKYY Infusions Dragon Fruit
1 oz. Pomegranate Juice
0.5 oz Lychee Syrup
2 Lychees
Lime
Directions: Combine all ingredients except lychees and lime in cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with lychees and twist of lime
Night Vision (Zero Dark Thirty)
Inspired by the night vision goggles used by CIA agents, this MIDORI cocktail is not only simple to make but also a crowd pleaser much like the nominated film.
1 oz. MIDORI® Melon Liqueur
2 oz. Dry Ginger Ale
Juice from 2 Lime Wedges
Directions: Pour over ice and serve in a low ball glass.
Unchained Margarita
2 parts Avión Silver or Reposado
1 part Fresh Lime Juice
½ part Agave Nectar
Directions: Combine ingredients in shaker with ice, and shake vigorously. Fine strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Muddle 2 blackberries
1 oz Ciroc peach
*shake with ice, strain into champagne flute
* top with Moët Chandon
*garnish with an orange twist
The Silver Lining (Based on Silver Linings Playbook Oscar Nominated movie)
Found at 121 Fulton Street
2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 dashes of bitters
Directions: Shake and strain into a martini glass and sugar rim(the silver lining) *garnish with sprig of thyme
Muddle: 3 springs thyme and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
JB martini (Since every actor that played James Bond will be attending the Oscars)

Muddle 2 peppadew in shaker pour
2oz old raj gin
1oz martini bianco
Then stir all the ingredients for 30 seconds then pour in a martini glass garnish with a peppadew
Argo Rush
Found at the Tippler in NYC
2 ounces Buffalo Trace Bourbon
1 ounce Honey syrup
.75 ounce fresh lemon juice
Directions: Shake and strain over fresh ice.
Pucker® Pout N’ Pose
Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 parts Pucker® Vodka Sour Apple Sass™
1tsp. Pink Guava Puree
1tsp. Tangerine Puree
Juice of Half a Lime
2 parts Ginger Ale
Directions:
• Add a scoop of ice to a cocktail shaker along with the first four ingredients.
• Shake vigorously.
• Add ginger ale and pour into a Collins glass.
Pucker® Bold Berry Bling
Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 parts Pucker® Vodka Raspberry Rave™
3 Fresh Blackberries
2-3 Fresh Basil Leaves
1 part Soda
1 part Lemon-Lime Soda
Directions:
• Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
• Gently squeeze the juice from the blackberries and add the berries to the shaker.
• Tear basil into small pieces and add.
• Add vodka and shake vigorously.
• Add soda, lemon-lime soda and pour into a Collins glass.
Silver Linings Gimlet
2 oz Belvedere Citrus
¾ oz Thyme syrup*
¾ oz Lemon juice
Dash cardamom bitters
Directions: Shake with cubed ice
and strain over ice into a rocks glass.
Garnish with lemon and thyme sprig
*Thyme Syrup
480ml/ 16oz Water
480ml/ 16oz White sugar
7-8 Sprigs of fresh thyme
Simmer thyme in the water for approximately 10-15 minutes or until you see the thyme go brown.
Remove thyme and add sugar. Stir until dissolved.
Cool and funnel into a glass bottle. Keep refrigerated.
Les Miz Fizz
1.5 oz Belvedere Citrus
¾ oz Almond Syrup (Orgeat)
½ oz Fresh lemon juice
3 dashes Lavender bitters
¼ oz Egg white
Soda top
Directions: Dry shake then shake with ice and fine strain into a highball glass.
Top with soda. Garnish with an lavender stalk
Champagne Royale Cocktail

Mix of Rosé Champagne, Fresh Cucumber, Fifty Pounds Gin, Dolin Dry Vermouth, Lemon, Simple Syrup
1 oz Fifty Pounds Gin
1/4 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
Splash lemon juice
Splash simple syrup
Cucumber
Topped with Rosé Champagne

Mix of House Infused Sugar Plum Voli Vodka, Fifty Pounds Gin, Cocchi Americano
1 oz Plum infused Voli Vodka
1 oz Fifty Pounds Gin
1 oz Cocchi Americano
Directions: Served up and garnished with a lemon twist
Basil Hayden’s Lincoln’s Manhattan (Inspired by Lincoln)
Ingredients:
1½ parts Basil Hayden’s® Bourbon
½ part Sweet Vermouth
½ part Dry Vermouth
½ part Maple Syrup
2 dashes of Bitters
Directions:
1. Stir together the bourbon, vermouths, maple syrup and bitters over ice in a rocks glass
2. Garnish with a cherry and serve.

Directions: Muddle lemon and sugar in the base of a rocks glass.
Slowly fill glass with cubed ice and remaining ingredients (like an old fashioned) Stirring continuously
Garnish with a mint sprig.
SVEDKA’s Sparkling Playbook
1.5 parts SVEDKA Raspberry
2 parts champagne
1.5 parts sour mix
1 part white grape juice
Pour all ingredients except for champagne into a shaker. Shake and strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with champagne. Garnish with a grapefruit peel and raspberries.

1.5 oz Makers Mark Bourbon
.75 oz Averna Amaro
.75 oz Marie Brizard Crème de Cacao-Dark
1 Dash of Truth Orange Bitters
Combine ingredients, shake with ice, strain and pour into a martini glass.
Served up with an orange peel garnish.
Purity Silver Linings Playbook Martini
3 ounces Purity Vodka
1 ounce Spring Water
Stir over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. No garnish. (Use less water if using fragile ice.)

.5ounce fresh squeezed lime
3 ounces Ginger Beer/Ginger Ale
