Even though she hobbled in on crutches, the star looked lovely in an embellished Reem Acra gown when she arrived on the red carpet at the 2013 Oscars — did you love her look?
Kristen Stewart arrived at the 85th annual Academy Awards in LA on Feb. 24, where she wowed the crowd in a gorgeous Reem Acra gown. The 22-year-old star looked simply stunning in the pale blush strapless couture gown, complete with pleated tulle inserts. The intricate frock was hand beaded, and the detailing was just exquisite. Unfortunately the star hobbled in on crutches due to a recent injury, but she was such a pro, posing on the red carpet without them! KStew is SUCH a trooper — not to mention a staple on the red carpet!
Kristen Stewart’s Oscar Gown & Bed Head Hair
KStew finished off the ensemble with side swept hair and walked the red carpet alone, sans Robert Pattinson, who is currently in Australia filming his latest project — although we’re not sure that the couple is on the best of terms, these days. While the intricate detailing on the gown was gorgeous, it looked like she ran to the red carpet before they had time to finish styling her hair. While no one rocks a messy ‘do quite like KStew, the hairs out of place didn’t really go with such a glam gown.
While I wasn’t totally impressed with her hair, Kristen still looked lovely — even if she was dealing with a recent injury! While the star has an affinity for dressing down she certainly is a pro when it comes to getting glam! While promoting Breaking Dawn: Part 2 the star pushed the boundaries in a slew of edgy styles, but for the Oscars red carpet she opted for classic Hollywood glamour — and we loved it!
Kristen is really proving herself on the red carpet and we commend her for being able to show off such versatile looks.
What do you think? Did you love KStew’s Oscars dress or do you wish she opted for something more edgy and sexy? Let us know what you think of her dress and be sure to check out more of the best looks from Oscar night.
