Anne Hathaway stepped on the red carpet at the 85th Annual Academy Awards in a pretty pink Prada dress. At the Feb. 24 awards show, Anne’s pixie cut appeared to be growing out and her makeup was soft and feminine.

Anne Hathaway’s Hair & Makeup

Anne had to chop off her hair to nearly nothing while portraying Fantine in Les Miserables. But now, her hair is starting to grow out. Although sometimes growing out your hair can bring on an awkward phase, we think it suits Anne!

Anne’s minimal makeup included black eyeliner, mascara and a pretty pink lip. We like lip gloss from Elle to get a look like Anne.

Anne took the stage with Hugh Jackman and her Les Miserables cast to sing “I Dreamed A Dream,” “Suddenly” and “One Day More” in an amazing live performance. It got a standing ovation from the crowd!

Anne took home the award for Best Supporting Actress. “It came true,” Anne said as she looked at her Oscar. “Thank you so much to the academy for this and for nominating me. There were so many people whose generosity and support is the reason I am standing here right now. Hugh Jackman.”

After thanking people at Universal and her team, Anne continued:

“I want to thank my friends, my family, my husband, by far and away the greatest moment in my life is the one when you walked into it. Here’s hoping someday in the not too distant future, the misfortunes of Fantine will only be found in stories and never in real life.”
