Sorry, Anne Hathaway. It’s Sally Field’s turn to shine again! Read on for all my Oscar predictions for the Feb. 24 awards ceremony.

Anne Hathaway may be the frontrunner for Best Actress In A Supporting Role at the Feb. 24 Oscars, but I sense an upset coming our way. My girl Sally Field is nominated as well and I like her, I really like her! So does all of Hollywood — Sally won an Oscar both times she was nominated in the past. Plus, she’s a legend! Mama Nora deserves the win for her amazing performance in Lincoln. Furthermore, find out who else I think will take home an Academy Award this year!

My Oscar Predictions:

Best Actor In A Leading Role:
Bradley Cooper in Silver Linings Playbook
Daniel Day-Lewis in Lincoln
Hugh Jackman in Les Misérables
Joaquin Phoenix in The Master
Denzel Washington in Flight

Who Will Win: Daniel Day-Lewis. He’s won every award this season, and he brought President Lincoln back from the dead. The resemblance is uncanny. He’ll certainly take home the award.

Best Actor In A Supporting Role:

Alan Arkin in Argo
Robert De Niro in Silver Linings Playbook
Philip Seymour Hoffman in The Master
Tommy Lee Jones in Lincoln
Christoph Waltz in Django Unchained

Who Will Win: Tommy Lee Jones. His performance as Thaddeus Stevens in Lincoln was extraordinary.

Best Actress In A Leading Role:

Jessica Chastain in Zero Dark Thirty
Jennifer Lawrence in Silver Linings Playbook
Emmanuelle Riva in Amour
Quvenzhané Wallis in Beasts of the Southern Wild
Naomi Watts in The Impossible

Who Will Win: Jennifer Lawrence. She’s also racked up quite a number of awards this season. Unless Jessica Chastain steals this award from her, it’s Jennifer’s award to lose.

Best Actress In A Supporting Role:

Amy Adams in The Master
Sally Field in Lincoln
Anne Hathaway in Les Misérables
Helen Hunt in The Sessions
Jacki Weaver in Silver Linings Playbook

Who Will Win: Sally Field. I know — everyone is rooting for Anne Hathaway. But, Sally has won both times she’s been nominated and she’s an acting legend. Plus, Lincoln was such a huge movie this year. She deserves this win. There will be other nominations for Anne in the future.

Best Director:

Amour Michael Haneke
Beasts of the Southern Wild Benh Zeitlin
Life of Pi Ang Lee
Lincoln Steven Spielberg
Silver Linings Playbook David O. Russell

Who Will Win: Steven Spielberg. Like I said, Lincoln was so huge. Without Ben Affleck in the running, it’s Steven’s win.

Best Original Song:

“Before My Time” from Chasing Ice — Music and Lyric by J. Ralph

“Everybody Needs A Best Friend” from Ted – Music by Walter Murphy; Lyric by Seth MacFarlane

“Pi’s Lullaby” from Life of Pi – Music by Mychael Danna; Lyric by Bombay Jayashri

“Skyfall” from Skyfall – Music and Lyric by Adele Adkins and Paul Epworth

“Suddenly” from Les Misérables – Music by Claude-Michel Schönberg; Lyric by Herbert Kretzmer and Alain Boublil

Who Will Win: Adele. She’s America’s sweetheart. And she has an insane voice. She took home the Golden Globe and she’ll take home the Oscar.

Best Picture:

Amour
Argo
Beasts of the Southern Wild
Django Unchained
Les Misérables
Life of Pi
Lincoln
Silver Linings Playbook
Zero Dark Thirty

Who Will Win: Argo will win Best Picture and then Ben can rub it in the Academy’s faces.

What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Do you agree or disagree with me?

Sally field winning over Anne Hathaway and making it 3/3…YEAH,not gonna happen!

Sally Field is great but Anne Hathaway in her 15 mins screen time managed to go in a place of raw emotion and took the audience with her.If Anne will loose it will be the biggest snub.It now an easy thing to have a whole theater cry with the (spoiler alert) demise of your character although the charatcer was only feautured for 10-15 mins!

(and in the impossible case that Anne won’t win…Helen Hunt is next not Sally Field!

Christopher Rogers, I hated Sally Field’s cringe-worthy performance in Lincoln. She repeatedly took me out of the movie. Sally was trying to hard, and she had no chemistry with Daniel Day-Lewis nor Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Also, sadly, Field was extremely contemporary for his part. Anne Hathaway won the most critic group awards for best supporting actress of the year, so she deserves to win Best Supporting Actress.

I hope Christoph Waltz wins best supporting actress. Jennifer Lawrence was weak throughout Silver Linings Playbook. Lawrence didn’t deserve her Oscar nomination, because couldn’t handle the comedic and dramatic aspect of her character.

If anyone deserves to win an Oscar for best leading actress,it is Emmanuelle Riva as she did win the BAFTA( winners chosen by many of the members who vote in the Academy Awards).
