Kate Middleton put all of the drama of her leaked vacation photos — which reveal her bare baby bump in a bikini — behind her as she arrived at a public engagement at the non-profit Hope House in Clapham in West London on Feb. 19.

Kate attended an engagement at the Hope House, which is a halfway house in Clapham to help recovering drug addicts.

The pregnant Duchess of Cambridge, who is four-and-a-half months along, showed off her tiny baby bump in a fitted MaxMara wrap dress and black pumps, with some hint of a tan from her Mustique vacation.

Just a week before, scandalous photos were published of the mom-to-be on a private vacation with her husband Prince William on the Caribbean island of Mustique.

Kate was seen frolicking in the waves and having PDA-packed sessions on the beach with her hubby while her tiny bare baby bump was on display in a gorgeous bikini. However, St. James’ Palace was none to pleased with the publication of the photos, and called it an extreme breach of privacy.

“We are disappointed that photographs of the Duke and Duchess on a private holiday look likely to be published overseas,” a St James’ Palace spokesman tells HollywoodLife.com. “This is a clear breach of the couple’s right to privacy.” The statement was released on Feb. 12 after they learned Chi magazine had planned to publish the photos.
