Valentine’s Day Drink Recipes

Crave Nutty Valentine

Ingredients:
-1 part JDK&Sons Crave Chocolate Cherry Liqueur
-1 part DeKuyper Hazelnut Liqueur
-1 part Kamora Coffee Liqueur

Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass over ice and shame.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Top with whipped cream.

Standard Raspberry Kiss

1 oz. Russian Standard Vodka
1/4 oz. simple syrup
4 fresh raspberries
Top with sparkling wine

From Russia, with Love. Toast this Valentine’s Day with the Standard Raspberry Kiss cocktail. The Standard Raspberry Kiss is the perfect mash up of sweet raspberries and Russian Standard Vodka; topped with some bubbly. Muddle the first 3 ingredients and top with sparkling wine.

Cali Be Mine by Caliche Rum

1 1/2 oz Caliche Rum
1/2 oz Bianco Vermouth
2 Fresh Ginger Wheels
2 Dashes Angostura bitters
Ginger Sliver for garnish

In a cocktail shaker muddle the ginger to a puree, add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously until well chilled, serve over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with the ginger sliver

Crave Steamy Crush

Ingredients
-1 part JDK&Sons Crave Chocolate Mint Liqueur
-3 parts Hot Chocolate

Directions:
1. Build in a glass coffee mug.
2. Top with mini marshmallows.

Crave Wicked Love

Ingredients:
-1 part JDK&Sons Crave Chocolate Chilli Liqueur
-1 part Jim Beam Devil’s Cut Bourbon
-1 part Cream

Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass over ice and shake.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Basil Hayden’s® Apple Bubbly

Ingredients:
1 part Basil Hayden’s® Bourbon
Sparkling Apple Juice

Directions:
1. Add Basil Hayden’s® Bourbon to a champagne flute and fill the remainder with sparkling apple juice.
2. Garnish with a sliced apple.

Basil Hayden’s® Bacon Sour (Created by Patricia Richards)

Ingredients:
-1 1/4 parts Basil Hayden’s® Bourbon
-1 part St-Germain® Liqueur Infused with Applewood Smoked Bacon (recipe below)
-1 part Freshly Squeezed and Strained Lemon Juice
-1/2 part Diluted Maple Syrup (1:1 ratio of Vermont Grade A Medium Amber Syrup to water)
-1 dash Peychaud’s® Bitters
-1/4 part Pasteurized Egg White

Directions:
1.Combine bourbon, bacon-infused St-Germain®, lemon juice, diluted maple syrup, bitters and egg white into a mixing glass and shake vigorously with ice.
2. Strain over fresh ice into a double-old fashioned glass.
3. Garnish with an orange slice and a piece of the St-Germain® infused Applewood smoked bacon.

BACON-INFUSED ST-GERMAIN

Ingredients:
* 9 Thick Slices of Applewood Smoked Bacon
* 2 750 ml bottle of St-Germain® Liqueur

Directions:
* Cook bacon in the oven until it is crispy on the outsides but still chewy in the center.
* Place bacon on paper towel to remove some of the rendering.
* Place cooked bacon in a glass jar with two 750 ml bottles of St-Germain® and allow it to infuse
for 24 hours at room temperature.
* Remove bacon.
* Place liqueur in the freezer so renderings congeal and you can remove them.
* Strain through a fine mesh strainer and cheese cloth to remove as much rendering as possible.
* Repeat freezer step if needed and strain again.
* Refrigerate until ready for use.

FIERY PASSION

Chili Pepper
Basil & Passion Fruit
1.5 oz Cuca Fresca Gold Cachaca
3 basil leaves
1 thin slice of Serrano pepper
3/4 oz passion fruit puree
3/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a thin slice of Serrano pepper.

PASSION POTION

Basil & Passion Fruit
1.5 oz Cuca Fresca Gold Cachaca3 basil leaves
3/4 oz passion fruit puree
3/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime juice

Directions: Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a single basil leaf.

STRAWBERRY BASIL CAIPRINHA

Strawberry & Basil
2 oz Cuca Fresca Silver Cachaça
1 oz fresh lime juice
3 fresh strawberries
3 fresh basil leaves

Directions: The fresh lime juice, strawberries and basil in the bottom of a small shaker and muddle. Fill to the top with ice and add the Cuca Fresca Cachaça. Shake vigorously and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and fresh basil leaves.

CUCUMBER JALAPENO CAIPIRINHA

Chili Pepper
1.5 oz
Cuca Fresca
Silver Cachaca
1 thin slice of Jalapeno
1 sprig cilantro
1 oz cucumber puree
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup

Directions: All ingredients in a shaker and shake well. Pour, without straining, into a rocks glass. Garnish with an additional jalapeno slice and thin cucumber slice.

1.5 oz Hennessy V.S
.5 oz Antica Formula sweet vermouth
.5 oz Crème Yvette
Splash of simple syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Fee brothers Aztec chocolate bitters
3 muddled Black Cherries
1/8th of a lemon
Fresh Grated cinnamon
Garnish: Cherry

Directions: Muddle cherries, add all liquid to shaker with ice, shake and strain.

SVEDKA’s Signature Love On The Rocks

1/2 parts SVEDKA Raspberry
1/2 part cinnamon syrup
3/4 part sour mix

Directions:
Build in a shaker. Shake and strain in a rocks glass. Garnish with a raspberries and a cinnamon stick.

The Impossible

Ingredients
2 oz. gin (mixologest recommends Beefeater)
½ oz. of lemon juice
1 oz. Moscato Rose
2 Tbsp. pomegranate Seeds
Angostura bitters
Sweet Vermouth
Sparkling Moscato Rose, to top

Directions:
• Muddle pomegranate seeds in a shaker tin with gin, lemon juice and a few dashes of bitters
• Add ice and shake vigorously
• Strain into a chilled martini glass with a sweet vermouth rinse
• Top off the glass with the Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Moscato Rose

Sex Panther

1 ½ ounce tequila
¾ ounce peach schnapps
¾ ounce Chambord
¾ ounce lemon juice
¾ ounce lime juice

Directions: Combine all ingredients with ice and shake. Serve straight up in a martini glass.

Pink Flamingo

2 parts UV Lemonade
2 parts cranberry juice
Splash of triple sec
Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass.

KAPPA Red Rose

1 1/2 oz KAPPA Pisco
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
5 raspberries, muddled
Chandon Rosé sparkling wine

Directions: Shake first four ingredients, double strain into martini glass or cocktail coupe, and top with Chandon Rosé. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Cupid’s Bow

50ml / 2 oz Belvedere Vodka
15ml / ¼ oz Simple Syrup
20ml / ½ oz Lemon Juice
6 Raspberries
Dash Egg White

Directions: Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a raspberry.

SKYY Infusions Wild Strawberry Saint Valentine

2 oz SKYY Infusions Wild Strawberry
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Apple Juice
½ oz Honey Solution
2 Medium Basil Leaves
2 Medium Strawberries

Directions: Muddle basil, strawberries and lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients. Shake and double strain in to coupe glass

Strawberry Sunrise

2 oz. SKYY Infusions Wild Strawberry
1 oz. Orange juice
½ oz. Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Lime juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
¼ oz. Grenadine

Directions: Shake all ingredients except grenadine. Pour liquid over ice in a rocks glass. Drizzle grenadine at the end.
