Frank Ocean is not Chris’ prime enemy anymore. Chris and Drake are going after each other again — this time, in court!
Chris Brown and Drake are suing each other over their infamous nightclub brawl at W.i.P. on June 14 in New York City, which involved bottle throwing and facial lacerations!
A French model, Romain Julien, initiated the legal battle, as he filed a suit against Chris, Drake and the club for injuries he claims he suffered during the fight, TMZ reports.
And now, both Chris and Drake have filed their own legal documents, pointing the blame towards each other. They’re basically asking the judge to put the blame on the other. In other words, if the model wins his suit, Chris and Drake are doing everything they can to get the other to pay the fines.
This is the first time that Drake and Chris, who allegedly fought over Rihanna, have gone after each other in court.
Rihanna, on the other hand, doesn’t believe the fight had anything to do with her. “I wasn’t even there,” she told Vogue. “It had nothing to do with me.”
Chris & Drake Thought They Were Off The Hook
Chris and Drake originally thought they were off the hook, regarding their infamous fight. An earlier report claimed that there wasn’t enough evidence to move forward with the case, but that may have changed.
