Kim Kardashian was dressed up by Lady Gaga‘s fashion director, Nicola Formichetti, for the star’s March 2013 shoot for ELLE magazine, where she showed off a slew of sexy looks. The 32-year-old star looks like a bombshell in the pictures, where she’s sporting dramatic winged eyeliner and voluminous, cascading locks.
The star’s killer curves are on full display and she seems so comfortable in front of the camera. Kim flaunts her ample cleavage in high-fashion get-ups including a Tom Ford leather jacket, low-cut Viktor & Rolf dress and a beaded Roberto Cavalli blazer — it’s a whole new side of Kim! While the shoot was so high-fashion there were still hints at Kim’s signature style, such as bodycon outfits that allowed the star’s figure to take center stage.
“I love being transformed and I love your vision of who you think I am – that’s always so inspiring for me and so interesting seeing someone’s take on me,” Kim says to Formichetti on a behind-the-scenes video for Elle. “When I work with someone I really respect, I work with trust,” she says. “Even if I’m not comfortable in something, I trust your vision to push me a little bit.”
Formichetti has worked with Lady Gaga since 2009 on her album covers, performances and videos and he said he was impressed with how down-to-earth the reality star really was — especially since she arrived at the shoot without an entourage!
