Kate Middleton Pregnant Bikini Pics Published In ‘Chi’ Magazine

The Duchess of Cambridge was snapped wearing a bikini during a vacation with her hubby — and the photos were published on the cover of Italian gossip magazine ‘Chi.’ Outraged, St. James Palace calls the pics a ‘breach of privacy’ — read on for more details.

St James’s Palace, which represents the royal couple, is furious after pregnant Kate Middleton was snapped with her bare baby bump exposed on vacation to Mustique with her husband Prince William — and Italian gossip magazine Chi featured the pics on the cover of their magazine.

The palace said the photos, which were taken on the island of Mustique — an exclusive resort island — were a “breach of privacy.”

“We are disappointed that photographs of the Duke and Duchess on a private holiday look likely to be published overseas,” a St James’ Palace spokesman tells HollywoodLife.com. “This is a clear breach of the couple’s right to privacy.”

The photos show Kate walking on the beach with her husband, while he has his arm around her back. She is smiling in the pics, and they both look comfortable and happy. The cover of the magazine also shows a photo of Kate strolling into the water in her two-piece bathing suit, with her baby bump fully on display.

But paparazzi is banned from the island of Mustique since it is so private — even though it is known to attract celebrities — which is why it’s a common retreat for the royals.

In September 2012, the Duchess was also caught in a nude photo scandal when a 26-page spread of Kate sunbathing topless while she was on vacation was published in the French magazine Closer.

Prince William requested that the photographer who took the photos be jailed, and the royal couple won a lawsuit to prevent any more media outlets from publishing topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge.

The scandal is not the picture, the scandal is that while so many people in their own country fear for their jobs and health they are enjoying a 19k/week house in Mustique paid by those aforementioned. You want a celebrity life? You got it!

i think it’s disgusting that these two cannot have privacy anywhere… but, money talks. i’m sure whoever sold that pic got good money for it. don’t think i envy the life of a celebrity… sometimes, but i don’t think i’d want to give up my privacy for it.

I agree, and no, you would not want to give up your privacy, but when a person become a celeb,that is esactly what happens. Everything,and i do mean EVERYTHING, they say/ do, becomes public knowledge.
They have to pay out the nose for privacy and even then, it is not guarenteed.

Yep they have to pay out of the nose for privacy but the things is these lavish trips are funded by the british taxpayers. They’re paying heaps of money but it’s via money from hard working brits! It’s made worse when they have the audacity to complain about it – she’s on a beach in the open in a swimming costume, big deal. It’s akin to a movie actor being photographed, they’re both public figures however difference is at least the movie actor worked for the money to fund their trip! Don’t venture out on the beach if it’s that scandalous (though I don’t see how it is. As long as she’s smart enough to keep her top on this time!)
