The ‘Teen Mom 2′ star’s estranged husband has been trying to contact her since he was admitted to the hospital on Feb. 5, according to a new report. But Jenelle’s lawyer Dustin R. T. Sullivan reveals to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY why she’s refusing to talk to her hubby.
Jenelle Evans, 21, may still legally be married to Courtland Rogers, 27, but the Teen Mom 2 star wants nothing to do with him. She has already moved on with her ex-fiance Gary Head, 23, and has refused to communicate with her estranged husband.
Courtland has been reaching out to Jenelle ever since he was admitted to a South Carolina hospital on Feb. 5, but according to a report by RadarOnline.com, Jenelle has been ignoring him. In fact, she’s actually afraid of what he’s going to do when he’s back in North Carolina.
“Jenelle is terrified that Courtland is going to come after her when he gets out,” a source close to Jenelle tells RadarOnline.com. “She knows he wants to talk to her and probably see her, and he knows where she is usually so she’s afraid that he is going to do something stupid and confront her in person.”

Jenelle’s lawyer Dustin R. T. Sullivan reveals to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that the pending six assault charges she has out against Courtland may be why she’s blowing him off — and refusing to be in touch with him.
“That’s probably what the magistrate says, by you taking these charges out, you are not to have any contact with him,” Dustin says. However, Dustin has yet to be served with the assault charges.
“Once he is served, that’s when they normally say, ‘you are not to have any contact with this person,’” Dustin explains. “And if it’s found out if he is attempting to contact her, he can actually be charged with a separate offense, a contempt hearing, if he violated a court order, which is not to have any contact with her.”
But since Courtland hasn’t been served yet, it’s technically not illegal for him to contact her for now. But it appears that Jenelle is playing it safe just in case. She’s also most likely preoccupied hanging out with Gary, and snapping Twitpics of herself.

Who is writing this? If is didn’t know what was going on I’d have never been able to figure out what was being said there are about five times when a name or place is not right.
