Chris appeared in court on Feb. 6 arm-in-arm with Rihanna, to face the judge for an already-scheduled hearing. Rihanna even blew him a kiss as he entered the courtroom. But the focus ended up being about his alleged faked community service hours that could land him back in jail!
Chris Brown was back in court and looked pretty upset to be there on Feb.6! The 23-year-old, his attorney Mark Geragos, his girlfriend Rihanna, and mother Joyce Hawkins were in court on Feb. 6 for a hearing to discuss Chris’ progress. Just one day prior on Feb 5, LA County prosecutors raised questions about Chris’ court-ordered community service, saying it was “fraudulent.”
Chris Brown In Court For Probation Hearing
TMZ is reporting that Chris has been ordered to meet with his probation officer in LA within 48 hours to speak with the officer possibly faking his community service.
But the biggest shocker was when Rihanna walked in with Chris and was actually in the court room and left with him too!
The next hearing is scheduled for April 5, in the meantime the judge is going to review all of the evidence from the DA.
Was Chris Brown’s Probation Revoked For False Records?
We told you that HollywoodLife.com reported, that the Los Angeles County District Attorney filed legal documents claiming that he had violated his probation by altering his community service documents.
“Entertainer Chris Brown failed to provide ‘credible, competent or verifiable evidence’ that he completed his court-ordered community labor,” the Los Angeles District Attorney told us. “[We] asked the court to order Brown to fulfill his obligation in Los Angeles County.”
