Not only is Frank saying that Chris and his cronies jumped him and beat him up badly, but Frank adds that Chris threatened to shoot him too, according to a statement he reportedly gave to police.

Frank Ocean told police that Chris Brown threatened to shoot him, when the two artists were involved in an all-out-brawl on Jan. 27 at Westlake Studios in Los Angeles, Ca., HollywoodLife.com has learned.

Police say Frank, 25, told them that Chris, 23, said “we can bust on you too,” according to the police report, which was obtained by TMZ.

A source close to Frank tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “Everything Frank said about the fight is true, that it was all Chris and his thug friends who started everything.”

Frank Ocean Was Injured In Fight With Chris Brown

The report also states that Frank sustained several injuries, including a cut to his right index finger and a cut on his left temple. The artist chose not to be treated for his injuries on the spot, but went to hospital shortly after.

Frank Ocean Pressing Charges Against Breezy?

Since the incident, Frank has publicly stated he does not want to press criminal or civil charges against Brown.

As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, a source close to Breezy tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Chris harbors no ill feelings toward Frank and thinks he’s a stand-up guy for choosing not to pursue the matter further.

Another source also tells us, “[Frank] doesn’t want to press charges because he doesn’t want to be associated with a guy who is a childish homophobe and would rather let it be and move on from the incident. In Frank’s mind, that is the right thing to do.”

Why Chris Brown Respects Frank’s Decision Not To Press Charges

“Chris was never worried about anything going down or having to go to jail over what was a misunderstanding,” the Chris source exclusively tells us. “He was never worried and there’s always two sides to every story. Just because Frank stayed there and talked to police doesn’t mean anything. It’s all good.”
